キャリアを通じて両サイド、中盤の複数ポジションをカバーしてきたユーティリティプレーヤーだが、ランスでは右のウイングバックとして活躍。今シーズンもここまでリーグ・アン18試合に出場し4ゴール2アシストをマーク。豊富な運動量と推進力に加え、正確なクロスから多くの決定機を演出していた。
また、2018年にデビューしたポーランド代表でも主力に定着しており、ここまで47試合に出場し3ゴールを記録している。
