そんな中、シカゴ・ファイアーやインテル・マイアミといったMLSのクラブが獲得に関心を示していたとされるが、プロキャリアをスタートさせた古巣サントスが半年間のレンタルで獲得に近づいているという。
サントスでは2011年にコパ・リベルタドーレスを制覇。後のバルセロナ移籍に繋がる活躍を見せていた。

JリーグMVPのレアンドロ・ダミアンが35歳で引退発表! 川崎Fでの5年間に感謝「僕のキャリアの中で最も素晴らしい瞬間の1つ」

1年でブラジル1部復帰の名門サントス、元長崎カリーレ監督の後任にポルトガル人指揮官を招へい
サントスは23日、新たな最高経営責任者(CEO)にペドロ・マルティンス氏が就任することを発表。併わせてポルトガル人のペドロ・カイシーニャ監督(54)の就任を発表した。 2023シーズンはカンピオナート・ブラジレイロ・セリエA(ブラジル1部)を17位で終え、クラブ史上初の降格を味わったサントス。2024シーズンはV・ファーレン長崎での続投が発表されながらサントスに復帰したファビオ・カリーレ監督のもと、カンピオナート・ブラジレイロ・セリエB(ブラジル2部)を制し、1年での1部復帰を決めた。 しかし、カリーレ監督はサントスを去り、19日にはヴァスコ・ダ・ガマがカリーレ監督との契約合意を発表。『ESPN』によると、サントスはボタフォゴを後にしたマルティンス氏を新CEOに任命し、マルティンス氏がカイシーニャ監督を選んだ。 カイシーニャ監督は母国ポルトガルで指導者キャリアをスタートし、2010年7月にウニオン・レイリアの監督に就任。その後はメキシコのサントス・ラグナでタイトルを手にしつつ、中東やスコットランドのレンジャーズなどでも指揮を執った。 2022年3月にアルゼンチンのCAタジェレスの監督に就任し、南米初挑戦。2023年1月からはブラジルのレッドブル・ブラガンチーノを率いることとなり、1年目はリーグ戦6位の好成績を収めたが、2024シーズンは低迷し、10月にクラブを後にしていた。 2024.12.24 22:40 Tue

ネイマールがまた問題を起こす…サントスの開幕戦欠場で観戦回避もキングス・リーグに登場

ネイマールはバイエルン行きの可能性があった…ペップが直接勧誘「君と契約して連れて行きたい」と突然の訪問を受ける
サントスでプレーするブラジル代表FWネイマールが、過去にバイエルンに加入する可能性もあったと明かした。 サントス、バルセロナ、パリ・サンジェルマン(PSG)でプレーしたネイマール。PSG時代には度重なるケガに見舞われることもあった中、サウジアラビアのアル・ヒラルに完全移籍。ケガが癒えデビューしたのも束の間、ブラジル代表で重傷を負うことに。長期離脱となった中、アル・ヒラルに別れを告げ、古巣のサントスに再び加入した。 そのネイマールは順調に復帰を果たしている中、ポッドキャスト『Podpah』でのインタビューに応じ、かつてバイエルン行きの可能性があったとコメント。ジョゼップ・グアルディオラ監督に誘われていたと明かした。 「ペップ・グアルディオラの影響で、バイエルンに行くところだった」 「父親が午前2時に電話をかけてきて、電話に出るとドアを開けるように言われた。僕はボクサーパンツ姿だった。僕の父とペップ・グアルディオラと通訳が外に立っていたんだ」 「ペップは僕にこう言った。『どのクラブに行っても、君と契約して連れて行きたい。君を世界最高の選手にしてやる』とね。それから彼は僕に1枚の紙を見せ、ノートパソコンを開いて、僕が彼の下でどこでプレーするのかを教えてくれた」 「また、ペップは『シーズンで60ゴールを決められなかったら、名前を変える』とも言っていたね」 2013年にFIFAのイベントに参加した際にネイマールは直接グアルディオラ監督から打診を受けたとのこと。当時はサントスに所属しており、引く手数多状態だった中、バルセロナの監督を退任してフリーだったグアルディオラ監督に勧誘されたという。 「僕はこう言ったんだ。『わかった。でも、どのチームなの?』ペップは『まだ決まっていないから、まだ言えない』と言っていたよ。でも僕は彼を説得することができ、彼はこう言ったんだ。『バイエルンと契約するだろう。寒い街だということは分かっているけど、面倒は見る』とね」 突然の訪問からバイエルンに誘われたネイマールだったが、結局のところバイエルンではなくバルセロナ移籍を選択。その理由も明かした。 「結局はバルセロナに決めたんだ。メッシと一緒にプレーしたかったんだ」 ネイマールはアルゼンチン代表FWリオネル・メッシとのプレーを選択。ウルグアイ代表FWルイス・スアレスと共にMSNのトリデンテをバルセロナで構築し活躍を見せていた。 2025.02.28 20:57 Fri
