アディダスジャパンと公益財団法人日本サッカー協会(JFA)は、女子中学生がサッカーを続けられる環境を整えるための共同プロジェクト「HER TEAM」の2024年度募集を、2024年10月1日(火)より開始。これは、女子中学生が安心してサッカーを楽しむことができる社会を目指す取り組みの一環だ。
「HER TEAM」は、2019年から始まった女子中高生のスポーツ継続率向上を目的とした活動で、2020年には女子中学生のチーム創設支援を通じて、U-15世代のプレー環境を整えることを目指して立ち上げられた。プログラムでは、参加チームに対して様々なサポートが提供され、活動が支援される仕組みとなっている。
「HER TEAM」に参加するチームには、以下のようなサポートが提供される予定だ。
- 約20名分のユニフォーム提供
- 指導協力を行うサッカークリニックの開催
- JFA及びアディダスフットボール関連活動への優先ご招待
- 事務局によるチームサポート
- 定期的なオンラインミーティング(チーム情報交換会)
サポートは2年間にわたり、2025年2月1日から2027年3月31日までの期間で行われる。
プロジェクトの募集開始にあたり、なでしこジャパンの植木理子と宮澤ひなたが練習に参加し、女子サッカーの現状について自身の経験を踏まえて語った。

サッカーを続けたくても、辞める選択をせざるを得ない環境にあるのは、女子サッカーの課題だと思います。“人生の中で、常にサッカーが選択肢のひとつとして存在するような環境”をこのプロジェクトを通して増やしていけたら嬉しいです。選手としても、結果を残すことで、皆さんが自信をもってサッカーを続けられるような環境づくりに貢献したいです。
MF宮澤ひなた
サッカーが楽しかったので、当時は困ったと思うことはなかったですが、いま思えば、自分も幼い時はまだ男の子ばかりのチームの中で周りを気にすることがありました。女の子たちが本当に何も気にせず、楽しくサッカーができる環境をもっと増やしていけたらいいなと思っています。
JFA女子委員長の佐々木則夫氏は、「HER TEAM」プロジェクトが今年で5年目を迎えることに触れ、「このプロジェクトを通じて、一人でも多くの女子中学生がサッカーを始め、続けることを目指している」と語った。そして、将来なでしこジャパンを担う選手が出てくることを期待している。
参加チームからもプロジェクトへの期待が寄せられた。OSAKA PIONE U15の監督藤井茂幸さんは、メンバー募集の告知ツールの設置が応募増加に寄与したと述べ、キャプテンの片平茉祐さんは「プロのサッカー選手とプレーできたことが良い機会になった」と振り返った。副キャプテンの藪野萌奈さんは、「女子サッカーの活動がもっと広がり、サッカーを続けようと思う人が増えてほしい」と期待を語った。

16年ぶりJ1復帰目指す東京ヴェルディに地球の裏側に居るなでしこ戦士からエール! 長谷川唯「全力で応援したい」、植木理子「心から応援」

元なでしこ、女子W杯優勝メンバーの近賀ゆかりが現役引退…S広島Rではカップ連覇も経験「最後の瞬間まで自分らしくチャレンジしていきます」
サンフレッチェ広島レジーナは8日、元なでしこジャパンDF近賀ゆかり(40)の現役引退を発表した。 近賀は、日テレ・ベレーザでキャリアをスタート。INAC神戸レオネッサでプレーすると、アーセナル・レディースへと移籍。その後も、キャンベラ・ユナイテッド(オーストラリア)、杭州女子倶楽部(中国)、メルボルン・シティ(オーストラリア)と海外でもプレー。オルカ鴨川FCを経て、S広島Rに加入した。 WEリーグでは初年度からプレーし、ここまで通算43試合2得点を記録。WEリーグカップでも9試合に出場し、皇后杯では広島で5試合1得点を記録していた。WEリーグカップでは連覇を達成している。 なでしこジャパンでも長らくプレーし、2007年の女子ワールドカップ(W杯)に出場すると、2011年のドイツ女子W杯で優勝を経験。2012年のロンドン・オリンピックでは銀メダルを獲得し、2015年の女子W杯でも準優勝を経験した。通算100試合で5得点を記録していた。 近賀はクラブを通じてコメントしている。 「今シーズンをもってサッカー選手を引退することを決断いたしました。このサンフレッチェ広島というクラブ、そして広島という街で現役生活を終えられることを心から幸せに思っています」 「サンフレッチェ広島レジーナは、リーグ戦残り6試合。勝利のために、全力で闘い少しでも上の順位を目指していきます。まだまだ足りないところのある私たちですが、皆さんの応援の力を借りることで強さを発揮できるチームへと成長してきています」 「いつも支えてくださっているサンフレッチェ広島ファミリーの皆さんの声援が、私たちの大きな力になっています。そして私は、怪我から必ず復活し、サンフレッチェ広島レジーナの力になれるように全力で努力を続けます」 「感謝の気持ちを直接お伝えできるようたくさんの方にご来場いただけると嬉しいです。ピッチに戻れることを信じて、最後の瞬間まで自分らしくチャレンジしていきます」 「5月4日 ホーム最終戦 エディオンピースウイング広島でお待ちしています」 2025.04.08 15:20 Tue

2027年のブラジル女子W杯の開催日程が決定! なでしこ含むアジア予選は6枠の出場権+2枠のPOに
国際サッカー連盟(FIFA)は10日、臨時総会を開催。2027年に行われるブラジル女子ワールドカップ(W杯)の開催日程を決議した。 2023年にオーストラリアとニュージーランドの共催で行われた女子W杯はスペイン女子代表が初優勝。なでしこジャパンはグループステージでそのスペインを下していたが、ベスト8での敗退となった。 2027年はブラジルで開催されることが決定していた中、FIFAは臨時総会に先立ちバーチャル会議を実施。ブラジル女子W杯に関して、2027年6月24日〜7月25日まで開催されることが決定した。 32カ国が出場する今大会。29カ国の出場枠は既に決定しており、日本を含むアジア(AFC)は6カ国、ヨーロッパ(UEFA)は11カ国、南米(CONMEBOL)はブラジルを含めて3カ国、アフリカ(CAF)は4カ国、北中米カリブ海(CONCACAF)は4カ国、オセアニア(OFC)は1カ国が出場権を直接獲得する。 また、残りの3枠に関しては、2つのフェーズで行われる10カ国のプレーオフで決定。アジア、アフリカ、北中米カリブ海、南米はそれぞれ2カ国、オセアニア、ヨーロッパは1カ国ずつがプレーオフ出場権を獲得する。 プレーオフの第1フェーズは、最新のFIFAランキングに基づいて6カ国が戦うことに。2026年11月から12月にかけて行われ、上位2カ国が勝ち上がると、北中米カリブ海の2カ国、南米の1カ国、ヨーロッパの1カ国が待つ第2フェーズに進み、3つのカードに分けられ、勝者の3カ国が出場権を獲得する。 2024.12.11 23:40 Wed

長谷川唯が快挙! シティの年間最優秀選手賞を受賞…リーグ戦全試合先発、ボール奪取数はトップに
