10年後の未来について討論を行う浦和Lの選手たち
三菱重工浦和レッズレディースは10日、WE ACTION DAYとして、選手自身がキャリアやライフデザインについて考えるプログラムを実施した。WEリーグは2月10日を、全クラブが同時にWE ACTIONを実施するALL WE ACTION DAYに設定。統一テーマとして、「キャリア」、「ライフプラン」、「選手の裏側にあるストーリー」に基づいて活動することとなった。

キャリアとは、働くことに関わる「継続的なプロセス」と、それにまつわる「生き方」。
浦和は過去のWE ACTION DAYで、キッズサッカー教室や大学生とのワークショップなどを開催してきたが、今回は内側にベクトルを向けた。選手自身が多様な夢や生き方を模索し、キャリア構築への意識を高めることで、プロサッカー選手としての価値向上に努めて欲しいという狙いもある。

「自分の未来について考える」と称された企画には、WEリーグ主催イベント参加者やケガ等で参加できない選手を除いた、26選手が参加。3部制で行われ、第1部では、浦和レッズのオフィシャルHRパートナーである株式会社ビズリーチの社長室特命プロデューサーの加瀬澤良年氏に、第2部では、浦和のOBでもある株式会社TRUXの永田拓也氏による講義が行われ、若手からベテランまで真剣に耳を傾けた。
第3部では5名から6名の小グループに分かれての討論を実施。「10年後の未来を想像する」という題目に沿って、そのために何をすべきかや、交通手段やショッピングといったサッカー以外のテーマについても議論が行われ、前のめりの姿勢や笑い声も起こるなど、大きな盛り上がりを見せた。

プログラム終了後にはチームを代表し、西尾葉音、鈴木佐和子、柴田華絵がコメントを残している。
