2022-23シーズン限りでシャルケを退団し、2023シーズン途中にメジャーリーグ・サッカー(MLS)のLAギャラクシーに加入した吉田。MLSでは12試合に出場し1ゴール1アシストを記録していた。

すでに新シーズンに向けて始動したチームに合流している吉田だが、15日にSNSを更新。年末に訪れたというメキシコでの思い出の写真を投稿している。

「Maya discovers Maya With 大迫さん。年末のメキシコ旅行記。マヤ文明素敵でした。とりあえず旅行に先駆けて色違いでバケーションっぽいの買った。笑」

吉田は、2023シーズンの明治安田生命J1リーグの得点王と最優秀選手賞(MVP)であり、ともに日本代表で戦ったヴィッセル神戸のFW大迫勇也とのメキシコでの2ショットをアップ。さらに旅の間は色違いのペアルックコーディネートだったと明かしており、実際に吉田は水色、大迫はオレンジ色の派手な半袖シャツを着ている。

2人は、すでにアメリカで共に時間を過ごしていることを報告していたが、メキシコにも一緒に訪れていたようだ。

日本代表の攻守を支えてきた2人の仲良しな2ショットには、ファンも「楽しそうカップルかよw 」、「大迫選手と半端ない仲の良さですね」、「最高な二人」と2人のオフの姿にコメントを寄せている。

“美人すぎる彼女”がついに結婚!元イタリア代表FWペッレとの挙式を吉田麻也も祝福

ベッカムに並ぶ“イケメン”…日韓W杯で一大ブームとなったイルハンはすっかり“イケオジ”に
