チェルシーのマウリシオ・ポチェッティーノ監督に対するスタンスは変わっていないようだ。イギリス『フットボール・インサイダー』が報じた。

昨シーズンは2度の指揮官交代を経て、リーグ戦12位という不本意な結果に終わってしまったチェルシー。立て直しを図る今シーズンはポチェッティーノ監督を新たに招へいし、引き続き大型補強も敢行。しかし、第6節を終えた時点で勝利したのは1試合のみ、その相手は昇格組のルートン・タウンと苦戦を強いられている。

特に深刻なのは得点力不足で、直近3試合であげたゴールは「0」。新戦力のフランス代表FWクリストファー・エンクンクやキャプテンのイングランド代表DFリース・ジェームズらが離脱中とケガ人の多さにも泣かされ、リーグ戦順位は勝ち点「5」の14位となっている。
早くもその進退に注目が集まるポチェッティーノ監督だが、『フットボール・インサイダー』によると、まだこの指揮官は本格的な解任のプレッシャーを受けていないとのこと。オーナー陣は依然としてポチェッティーノ監督がチームを順位表のトップに戻すことができる人物だと考えているようで、パニックも起きていないという。

27日にはEFLカップ(カラバオカップ)3回戦のブライトン&ホーヴ・アルビオン戦に臨むチェルシー。ポチェッティーノ監督は上層部の信頼に応え、少しでも改善の兆しを見せることができるだろうか。

シティ生え抜きMFパーマーがチェルシー電撃移籍へ! 個人間&クラブ間合意で31日にメディカルチェック

アザールが11年ぶりにあの“ボールボーイ”と再会…問題児は現在高級ウォッカブランド経営の大富豪

18歳の若さでこの世を去ったバラック氏の次男に、パートナーが哀悼のメッセージ
