アーセナルに所属するなでしこジャパンのFW岩渕真奈が今年1年を振り返った。なでしこジャパンの一員として参加した1月のAFC女子アジアカップでは、合流直前で新型コロナウイルス(COVID-19)の陽性反応が出たことで出遅れた岩渕。ノックアウトステージから出場に至るもキレを取り戻すことができず、チームも準決勝でPK戦の末に中国女子代表に敗れた。
オフには両足首を手術し、アーセナルでの2年目に万全を期した。だが、新加入選手とのし烈なポジション争いで後塵を拝し、ここまでは出場時間が限られている。
それでもひたむきな姿勢を見せる岩渕は、大晦日にインスタグラムを更新し、周囲への感謝や来年への抱負を語っている。

「これが尊いということか」「可愛すぎ」圧勝したなでしこジャパン、試合後の長谷川唯&田中美南&岩渕真奈のインタビューごっこが話題沸騰「癒しだわ」

「もっと注目されても良いと思う」アーセナルのレジェンドFWが1人の女子選手を救う…手術費支払いを拒否したクラブに変わり自腹でサポート
