試合後、グラスナー監督は大敗を喫した先週末のバイエルン戦より改善されていたとしつつ、それでもマドリーが勝利に値したとコメント。相手のレベルの高さを認めつつ、チームはまだ改善の余地があると語った。
「この前の試合と比較すれば、チームは改善されていたと思う。とはいえ、マドリーは世界中のどの相手に対しても、2、3回の素晴らしいチャンスを作ってくる。そして我々は、CKから先制点を許してしまった」

新シーズンに臨む鎌田が“神頼み” 滝をバックにした1枚には先輩・原口が「一回滝に打たれた方がいいよ」と一言
