マルセイユは9日、チリ代表FWアレクシス・サンチェス(33)の加入で合意に達したことを発表した。メディカルチェックに合格すれば正式契約を結ぶという。
サンチェスは2006年7月にウディネーゼへと完全移籍するも、すぐに母国のコロコロへレンタル移籍。翌年はリーベル・プレートでプレーした。
その後、ウディネーゼに戻りヨーロッパでのキャリアをスタート。バルセロナ、アーセナル、マンチェスター・ユナイテッド、そしてインテルとビッグクラブを渡り歩いた。
セリエAでは173試合で36ゴール35アシスト、プレミアリーグでは154試合で63ゴール33アシスト、ラ・リーガでは88試合で38ゴール29アシストを記録。チャンピオンズリーグ(CL)でも64試合で13ゴール16アシストを記録するなど、ゴールだけでくアシストも印象的だった。
ここ数年はインテルでプレーしていたサンチェスだが、昨シーズン限りで退団。マルセイユ移籍が近づいていた中でガラタサライが獲得に動き出したが、無事にマルセイユ行きが決まった。

「向上し続けないと、家で殺される(笑)」バルベルデが最も厳しい批評家の妻や恩人などの逸話明かす
レアル・マドリーのウルグアイ代表MFフェデリコ・バルベルデが、ここ最近話題を集める妻やマドリー加入時、現チームへの想いなどさまざまなトピックを語った。スペイン『アス』が伝えている。 現在、リーダーグループの一人としてエル・ブランコの屋台骨を支えるバルベルデは、スペイン『Movistar Plus+』の番組『Universo Valdano』でクラブレジェンドであるホルヘ・バルダーノ氏との対談企画に参加し、さまざまなトピックについて語った。 先日のバロンドール授賞式後に収録されたインタビューの冒頭でエル・クラシコでの大敗や直近のチームの状態について率直に語った26歳。さらに、第4キャプテンを務める現状について、より大きな重圧や責任を感じたなかでプレーしていることを明かした。 「ここは世界最高のチームで、見返りにすべてを求められる。このクラブでプレーする感覚は最高で、他に類を見ないものなんだ。すべてにおいて最高でなければならないし、それをチームメイトに証明し、チームメイトに自分が最高だと信じてもらい、その気持ちに伝播していかないといけない。このバッジを着けることが世界一になり、このチームで誇りと名誉を持ってプレーする唯一の方法なんだ。このバッジは誰もが付けられるものではないからね」 そこからインタビューはバルベルデの10代の頃に遡り、アーセナルでの練習参加やマドリー加入前後の興味深いエピソードも披露された。 「(アーセナルでのトライアル)当時16歳だった。彼らは僕をトップチームで1週間トレーニングするように誘ってくれた。そこにある未来を想像したよ。その1週間は楽しかったよ。ディブ(当時在籍していたエミリアーノ・マルティネス)は、あらゆる面で最も助けてくれた人の一人だった。ベジェリン、アレクシス・サンチェス、カソルラと並んで、彼が最初に声をかけてくれた。その数カ月にはペニャロールのトップチームでトレーニングを始めていた」 「(マドリーからの連絡)母が興奮しているのを見るまでは、冗談だと思っていたよ」 「(デポルティボへの武者修行)両親は10分ほど離れたところに住んでいたけど、一人暮らしを始めたんだ。成長し、一人暮らしに慣れるために、自分のスペースも必要だった。フットボーラーとして、それは大きな成長だった。うまくいかない時期もあったけど、そのおかげで大きく成長できたんだ」 2018年のマドリー復帰の際にはフレン・ロペテギ新監督の下でファーストチーム定着の足がかりを掴んだ。 現在、ウェストハムを率いるスペイン人指揮官について「救世主(笑)」と今でも感謝の気持ちを強く抱いているという。 「彼には大きな恩義があるよ。彼は自信を与えてくれた人だ。僕はワールドカップに出場できず、ウルグアイにいた。それは自分にとって大きな痛手で、キャリアで最悪の出来事のひとつだった。1カ月半の休暇があり、一日中トレーニングに専念した。その努力の報酬がレアル・マドリーにたどり着いたことだね」 同じくエル・ブランコのトップチームに馴染む上で、ブラジル代表MFカゼミロの存在が大きかったと語るバルベルデ。 「到着すると、マルセロ、カゼミロ、ベイル、ベンゼマ、セルヒオ・ラモ…。そんなスーパースターがテーブルに座っているのが見えたんだ。そんななかでカゼミロは僕をサポートしてくれたんだ」 「彼は僕を抱きしめて『ここに座りな』って言ってくれたんだ。背番号のおかげで、ドレッシングルームでも僕らはとても仲が良かった。カゼミロはピッチで指示をしたり誰かを正したりするために大声を出す必要がなかった。彼は近くにいて、常に建設的な批判をしてくれた。現在、妻が僕に向かって話す批判は、カゼミロがドレッシングルームで常に言っていたことなんだ。『フェデ、もっと練習しなきゃ』ってね」 その流れでバルベルデは、先日にSNSを通じてカルロ・アンチェロッティ監督の起用法を批判したことで話題を集めた妻ミナ・ボニーノさんについても言及。バルベルデと結婚してマドリードに渡るまで、アルゼンチンでフットボールジャーナリストとして働いていたミナさんは、指揮官に対してだけでなく夫に対しても常に厳しい目を向けているという。 「アヤックスが簡単なプレーで僕らを負かした後、試合後に車に乗ると、妻は『なぜパスをするの? なぜゴールに向かわないの? なぜあのプレーで走らなかったの?』とまくし立ててきたんだ」 続けて17位に終わったバロンドールについて話を向けられると、「これからも向上し続けないと、家で殺されてしまう(笑)。もう少しいい順位を期待していたけど、個人的にはものすごく誇らしい気持ちになった。妻は泣き出しちゃったけど、それはそれでよかったよ。『あなたは自分が達成していることを高く評価していない』って言ってくれたし、それはすごくうれしかった。2、3位上位を期待していたけど、それ以上は求めていないよ」と、自身以上に妻が結果を悔しがっていたことも明かした。 最後に、バルダーノ氏から「10年後にもう一度インタビューして振り返ろう」と振られると、「ルカ・モドリッチから少し血をもらって、生き延びられるかどうか試してみようと思う(笑)。32歳まで生き延びられるかどうかも分からないけど、彼はもうすぐ40歳だ」と、未だ健在ぶりを示す鉄人をお手本にレジェンドとの再対談を約束している。 <span class="paragraph-title">【写真】指揮官とバルベルデにも噛みつく妻ミナ・ボニートさん</span> <span data-other-div="movie"></span> <blockquote class="instagram-media" data-instgrm-captioned data-instgrm-permalink="https://www.instagram.com/p/C7wfdZpIMLD/?utm_source=ig_embed&utm_campaign=loading" data-instgrm-version="14" style=" background:#FFF;
