「予想通り難しい試合に」日本代表を評価するブラジル代表DFマルキーニョス「対戦相手の1つになる可能性も」

ブラジル代表のDFマルキーニョス(パリ・サンジェルマン)が、日本代表戦を振り返った。ブラジル『グローボ』が伝えた。

6日、ブラジルはキリンチャレンジカップ2022で日本と対戦。大雨の中での一戦となった。

これまで1度も日本に負けたことがないブラジル。優勝した日韓ワールドカップ以来20年ぶりに日本で試合を行った中、開始早々にネイマールのヒールパスからルーカス・パケタがフリーでシュートを放つも、ポストに嫌われてしまう。

決定機をいきなり迎えたが、それを活かせないと日本がしっかりと守備を固めて対応。ブラジルは攻めあぐねる時間が増えていく。

ゴールレスで試合は推移していくが、後半にPKを獲得。ネイマールがしっかりと決め、この1点を守り切り勝利を収めた。

日本の攻撃陣はほぼ何もさせなかったマルキーニョスが、試合後にコメント。非常に苦労したと、日本を評価しながらも、しっかりと勝つことが大事だとした。

「本当に予想通り、より難しい試合になった。前回の試合の方がパフォーマンスが良かったし、試合もやりやすかったと思う」

「序盤はいくつかミスがあり、そのミスが日本に自信を与えてしまった」

「ボールも早く、ピッチも早かった。それは本当に良い試合で、難しいテストだった。ワールドカップに向けた準備を整えているチームで、対戦相手の1つになる可能性もあると思う」

「結果はそこにある。輝かしい結果ではなくとも、ワールドカップの試合と考えれば、1-0で終えて次のラウンドに進まなければいけない」

着々補強のアーセナル、次はアヤックスDFリサンドロ・マルティネスに照準

日本はスペイン&ドイツと同居、初戦はドイツ戦《カタールW杯》
