21世紀の出場試合数ランキング発表! 首位は1145試合のC・ロナウド、トップ10に日本人選手がランクイン

「高価な食べ物はない」ギネス記録樹立、C・ロナウドのあの肉体の秘訣を専属シェフが明かす
ギネス世界記録も樹立した世界的スターであるポルトガル代表FWクリスティアーノ・ロナウドだが、トップに立ち続ける秘訣はトレーニングだけではない。 今夏12年ぶりに古巣のマンチェスター・ユナイテッドへと復帰したC・ロナウド。アルコールを摂取しないことや、厳しいトレーニングを誰よりも行っていることは有名な話だ。 今夏のユーロ2020では、記者会見時に自身が嫌っているコカ・コーラのボトルを退けたことが大きな話題に。株価にも多大なる影響を与えたとして、その影響力の高さを示した。 そのC・ロナウドだが、最も気をつけていると言っても良いのが食事だ。 C・ロナウドは、レアル・マドリーからユベントスへ移籍した際、1人のシェフを雇った。そのシェフは、ジョルジオ・バローネ氏。住み込みのシェフとして採用されたという。 まるで彫刻のような鍛え抜かれた肉体。36歳という年齢を考えれば、驚異とも言えるその姿の秘訣は、トレーニングではなく食事制限だった。 バローネ氏はイギリス『ミラー』でその秘密にてコメント。「高価な食べ物はない」と語り「健康食だ。私は有機食品と自然食品を使用している。魚、鶏肉、仔牛肉、卵、アボカド、ココナッツオイル、黒米などだ」と食材について明かした。 また、その気の遣い方については「フェラーリのケアをするように、体のケアをしなければいけない」とコメント。どれだけ気を配っているかが分かる。 C・ロナウドが好む食材は、魚、赤身のタンパク質料理、全粒穀物、サラダとのこと。タンパク質は筋肉の構築と修復の両方を助け、年齢による劣化を遅らせるという。 またカロリーの燃焼にも役立つと言い、「私はココナッツオイルを使って料理します。たくさんの水を飲むことも重要ですが、浄化されている。そしてたくさん飲む」とコメント。ただ、トレーニングもあってのものだと言い「もちろん、それはすべてハードなトレーニングと組み合わされています。しかし、休息は、午後を含め、トレーニングや栄養と同じくらい基本的です。そして、遅くではなく、夕方の早い時間に食事をします」とコメント。食事のタイミングや休むことも大事だとした。 世界記録となる代表通算「111」ゴールを記録したのも、トレーニング以外で努力をしている賜物。12年ぶりのプレミアリーグでもキレキレのパフォーマンスを見せてくれるだろうか。 <span class="paragraph-title">【写真】C・ロナウドの胃袋を支えるシェフと料理</span> <span data-other-div="photo"></span> <blockquote class="instagram-media" data-instgrm-captioned data-instgrm-permalink="https://www.instagram.com/p/CPQf-zfpqrI/?utm_source=ig_embed&utm_campaign=loading" data-instgrm-version="13" style=" background:#FFF;
