昨夏、2年間の武者修行先であるシェフィールド・ユナイテッドから満を持して復帰したヘンダーソン。その初年度の終盤こそ出番を増やしたが、今季は新型コロナウイルス感染などで出遅れ、再びスペイン代表GKダビド・デ・ヘアにポジションを明け渡してしまっている。
その間、デ・ヘアも近年の不振ぶりから一転して復活ぶりをアピール。なかなか付け入る隙なしの状態に陥るヘンダーソンはここまでチャンピオンズリーグ(CL)とカラバオカップで1試合ずつの出場にとどまるのが現状で、アヤックスからの関心も取り沙汰され始めている。
だが、移籍市場に精通するイタリア人ファブリツィオ・ロマーノ氏によると、そのアヤックスとの交渉は現時点でない様子。それでも、プレーすることを優先事項を掲げるヘンダーソンは常に敬意とプロフェッショナルさを保ちつつ、ユナイテッドを去る準備もできているという。

「高価な食べ物はない」ギネス記録樹立、C・ロナウドのあの肉体の秘訣を専属シェフが明かす

C・ロナウドの母が息子への願望を語る「私が死ぬ前に、スポルティングへ」

「後悔が1つある」カントナが“カンフーキック”事件を回顧「もっと強く蹴っていれば…」
