マンチェスター・ユナイテッドが、チェルシーのドイツ代表FWティモ・ヴェルナー(25)の獲得に動く可能性が浮上しているようだ。ドイツの移籍市場に精通するクリスチャン・フォーク氏が伝えている。

オーレ・グンナー・スールシャール監督と袂を分かち、“プロフェッサー”ラルフ・ラングニック氏を招へいして再スタートを図ることになったユナイテッド。ラングニック氏は、イギリスの労働ビザ取得次第、マイケル・キャリックに代わって今季終了まで暫定監督を務め、その後は2年間、クラブのコンサルタントを担うことになる。

そんなユナイテッドはすでに、ラングニック指導の下、新戦力のピックアップを進めているようだ。その一人に挙げられているヴェルナーは、かつて同氏がシュツットガルトからライプツィヒに連れてきた選手で、ヴェルナーはその後、ライプツィヒで公式戦159試合95ゴールと得点能力を開花させ、ドイツ代表デビューに繋げた。
しかし、昨夏のチェルシー加入以降は、その得点力が鳴りを潜め、今季もここまでプレミアリーグ、チャンピオンズリーグ、EFLカップでそれぞれ1得点にとどまっている。

その状況も踏まえると、仮に恩師から声がかかった場合、ヴェルナーが移籍を考慮し始めるのもおかしな話ではない。チェルシーも適切なオファーが届けば交渉に応じると見られている。

実はGKもいる!背番号「11」のベストイレブンはこれだ!!

感染者多数のチェルシー、トゥヘルが交代枠増加を求む 「負荷を軽減するためにも」

ヴェルナーが完全移籍でライプツィヒ復帰

香川真司がユナイテッド退団の転機を明らかに 「ディ・マリアとファルカオがやって来て…」

「高価な食べ物はない」ギネス記録樹立、C・ロナウドのあの肉体の秘訣を専属シェフが明かす

「ロミー、この世界にようこそ」 あのベルカンプ愛娘と交際中のファン・デ・ベークがパパに!

「後悔が1つある」カントナが“カンフーキック”事件を回顧「もっと強く蹴っていれば…」
