かつてマンチェスター・ユナイテッドで活躍した元ポルトガル代表FWナニが同胞MFブルーノ・フェルナンデスの古巣移籍をお膳立てしたことを明かした。アメリカ『The Athletic』が伝えている。

2020年1月にスポルティング・リスボンから加入したB・フェルナンデスは、瞬く間に世界屈指の名門の絶対的な司令塔に君臨。移籍金は5500万ユーロ(約71億7000万円)+ボーナス2500万ユーロ(約32億6000万円)と決して安くないものの、近年の移籍市場で失敗続きだった赤い悪魔にとって最高の補強選手の1人となっている。

その27歳のポルトガル代表MFに関しては、同時期にマンチェスター・シティ、トッテナムが獲得に動いていると言われていたが、最終的にユナイテッド行きを決断した背景には、スポルティングとポルトガル代表の先輩の説得が大きく影響したようだ。

現在、メジャーリーグサッカー(MLS)のオーランド・シティでプレーするナニは、スポルティング在籍時代に同僚だったB・フェルナンデスにプレミアリーグと古巣ユナイテッド行きを薦めていたことを明かした。

「高価な食べ物はない」ギネス記録樹立、C・ロナウドのあの肉体の秘訣を専属シェフが明かす
