ラファエル・レオンとスポルティングの問題が進展…契約不当解除の補償金支払いはリールが請け負うことに
ポルトガル代表FWラファエル・レオンとスポルティング・リスボンの、2018年夏の契約解除をめぐる問題に進展があったようだ。ポルトガル『レコルド』が報じている。 2018年5月、当時同選手が所属していたスポルティングの練習中に、マスクとフードを被った50人ほどの集団に襲われる事件が起きた。練習中の選手やスタッフに暴行を加え、ロッカールーム等の施設や用具を破壊するなど非道の限りを尽くし、FWバス・ドストは首を縫うケガを負っていた。 DFマルコス・アクーニャとMFロドリゴ・バタグリアには殺人予告があったとも言われ、さらにその事件を扇動したのが、当時のクラブ会長ブルーノ・デ・カルバーリョ氏だったことが判明し大きな話題に。レオンを含めて9人の選手がこの事件を理由にクラブとの契約を解除し、他クラブへ移籍することになった。 しかしスポルティングは、その契約解除が不当なものであると主張し、レオンに損害賠償を請求。国際サッカー連盟(FIFA)は当初「容認できない」とその申し出を跳ね返していたが、スポーツ仲裁裁判所(CAS)はポルトガル代表FWに1650万ユーロ(当時約19億5000万円)の補償金の支払いを命じた。 そしてこの度、この一件に進展があった。補償金の支払いは覆らなかったものの、2018年夏にレオンの移籍先となったリールが、連帯保証人として支払いの責任を負うことになった。『レコルド』によれば、レオンとリールが契約した際に連帯責任を負う旨の条項が含まれていたようで、今回はそれが効果を発揮した形となった。 ただ、最終的な補償額に関してはFIFAを仲介役とした話し合いで決められるとのことで、さらには支払いの取り消しを求めて最高裁判所に上訴される予定となっているようだ。 2022.02.22 14:23 Tue
