退団濃厚のFW鈴木優磨、かつて久保裕也が所属したヘントやフランス1部からもオファー

今シーズン限りでの退団が濃厚となっているシント=トロイデンのFW鈴木優磨(25)だが、国内のライバルからもオファーがあるようだ。ベルギー『Voetbal Primeur』が報じた。2019年7月に鹿島アントラーズからシント=トロイデンへと移籍し、海外初挑戦となった鈴木。1年目のシーズンはジュピラー・プロ・リーグで24試合に出場し7ゴールに終わっていた。

しかし、環境に慣れた2年目の今シーズンはチームが低迷する中でリーグ戦全34試合に出場。17ゴール4アシストを記録し、得点ランキングでも4位タイとなっていた。
その鈴木にはブンデスリーガのヘルタ・ベルリンが興味を持っているとされたが、本人がこのオファーを拒否。ヨーロッパの大会で戦えるクラブを求めているとされていた。

また、シント=トロイデンの立石敬之COO(最高執行責任者)によれば、鈴木の今夏の退団は既定路線とのこと。「クラブにとどめておくことは難しい」とコメントしていた。
その鈴木には、ヘルタ・ベルリン以外にも国内の強豪であるヘントからもオファー。また、フランスのリーグ・アンの複数クラブからも興味を持たれているようだ。

鈴木の移籍金は400万ユーロ(約5億2700万円)に設定されているとのこと。果たしてどのクラブへ挑戦することになるだろうか。

ヘントは、元日本代表FW久保裕也(現FCシンシナティ)が所属していたこともあり、現在の監督であるハイン・ヴァンハーゼブルック氏は、久保や森岡亮太など日本人を指揮したことがある指揮官。今シーズンは7位でレギュラーシーズンを終えていた。

日本代表DF植田直通に第1子誕生、離れ離れでの出産に「自慢の父親になれるよう精進します」

鈴木優磨が“金髪”にする理由を告白

シント=トロイデンの本拠地にアルデルヴァイレルトが不満「ここでプレーしないといけないのは残念」

「浦和の誇り」日本代表戦にユース出身の2人が出場!浦和時代の貴重ショットも反響「全然変わってない」「こんな写真あったんだ」

「日本代表の監督になりたい」現役引退の岡崎慎司、セカンドキャリアは指導者へ…ヨーロッパでライセンスを取得中、ドイツ6部で指揮官キャリアもスタート

2023-24シーズン限りでの現役引退を発表していたFW岡崎慎司(38)が、東京都内で引退会見を実施した。 日本では清水エスパルスでプレー。その後は、ドイツ、イングランド、スペイン、ベルギーとヨーロッパでプレーを続けた。 シュツットガルト、マインツ、レスター・シティ、ウエスカ、カルタヘナ、そしてシント=トロイデンでのプレーを果たした岡崎。レスターでの奇跡のプレミアリーグ優勝、ウエスカでの瀬グンダ・ディビシオン(スペイン2部)で優勝を果たしていた。 日本代表としても119試合で歴代3位の50ゴールを記録するなど、点取り屋として活躍してきた岡崎。ヨーロッパで長年プレーも後悔の連続と語った中、「やってきたことは間違いではなかったかなと。次の人生で先を見れたらなと思っています」と、さらなる挑戦を口にしていた。 引退会見ではシント=トロイデンのアンバサダーにも就任することが発表された中、指導者のキャリアを歩んで行きたいと意気込みを語った。 「シント=トロイデンのアンバサダー就任の話もさせてもらいましたが、欧州に拠点があり、選手やスタッフであったり、欧州で戦う場が、チャンスがあることの重要さは日本の皆さんにも知ってもらいたい。あそこで競争していくことの難しさは、次の世代に伝えていくことは自分の役割だと思うし、そこに関われるのは自分の役目だと思っています」 「ただ、自分はこれからの人生、サッカー選手として戦ってきたように、戦える場が欲しいと引退する時に思ったので、そうなると監督かなと。欧州で監督したいとはずっと思えていなかったんですけど、監督するなら日本でと思っていた。だけど、多くの日本の選手たちが欧州に挑戦してきていて、その選手たちに日本に戻ってまた海外に挑戦するという甘い考えで彼らを超えていけるのかと考えた時に、自分がもっと挑戦しないといけないと思いました」 「単純にカッコつけたいというか、選手の苦労は知っているだけに、環境に甘えてしまうと、海外で味わった悔しさを忘れると思ったので、そういう意味では欧州で挑戦するというところで、まずは監督を目指して1週間から10日間ほどイングランドで講習を受けていて、そこで大きな壁にぶつかっているんですけど、スタートはしています」 「あとは10年前から日本でアカデミーを作っていて、そこで子供たちを見ながら、自分は選手として欧州で挑戦している時に、欧州の環境の優れた部分を感じて、日本でもこうあって欲しいと思っていたので、アカデミーでの自分の仲間であったりパートナーと作り上げていたアカデミーが、U8からU18まであって、トップチームもあって、さらにドイツのマインツにバサラ・マインツというクラブがある。バサラ兵庫とバサラ・マインツの2拠点で日本から世界という挑戦をしていきたいたいという思いがあります」 「セカンドキャリアというところでは、ドイツの6部に所属するバサラ・マインツでトップチームの監督をすることが決まっています。なので、すぐに監督の経験を積めるので、バサラ・マインツを一緒に作った滝川第二高校の先輩がいるんですけど、その先輩と一緒にやっていこうとは考えているので、具体的には、そこで始めることがこれからのセカンドキャリアのメインですね」 現在はUEFA Bのライセンスを取得するために動いている岡崎。イングランドで研修を積んでいるが、「選手として感覚でずっとやってきたタイプなので、実際に指導するとなると難しい」と苦労しているとのこと。また「この自分が、また英語を勉強している」と、新たな挑戦に向けて語学も再び勉強していると語った。 UEFAプロという最高峰のライセンスももちろん目指すが「時間はかかると思っている」と、簡単に取得できるランセンスではないとコメント。ただ、挑戦を続けていくという。 その中で、指導者を目指すならば日本代表監督というものも期待される。 「自分の目標はそこで、選手としてワールドカップ(W杯)優勝を達成できなかったので、監督としての挑戦はそこだと思っています。日本代表の監督になりたい。そしてW杯で優勝したいというのが自分のメインの目標ですが、日本サッカーの今後を考えた時に、欧州の環境や競争を実感する中で、日本サッカーが世界を目指すためには、もっと環境だったり、欧州でも戦えるスタッフやメディア、戦える人たちがもっと必要だと思うので、そういった人たちのキッカケになるようなこともやっていきたいと思います」 根底の部分から日本サッカー全体の発展のために動いていきたいという岡崎。その中で、ここまでサッカー選手としてキャリアを全うできたことを日本で過ごしたチームへ感謝した。 「欧州で引退することで、清水エスパルスには特に感謝の気持ちを伝えたいというのがあります。プロ生活の最初の6年を日本ではじめ、そこで出会った人たちの存在があったからこそ、海外での厳しい環境や競争にギリギリ耐えて、そこで勝ち残れたと思います」 「関わったクラブには感謝の気持ちがありながら、清水エスパルスをはじめ、その前の滝川第二高校や宝塚FCなど、自分を育ててくれた日本での17年くらいですかね。その時の思いを胸に海外でもプレーしていたので感謝の気持ちはありますし、日本代表でも日本のファンの皆さんが応援してくれたからこそ走りきれたのかなと思っています」 2024.06.17 22:20 Mon
