36歳になったクリスティアーノ・ロナウドは何歳までプレー可能?

本日2021年2月5日に36歳の誕生日を迎えたユベントスのポルトガル代表FWクリスティアーノ・ロナウド。言わずと知れた世界最高峰のプレーヤーの1人だ。

C・ロナウドは、これまでクラブキャリアでは873試合で660ゴール226アシストを記録。ポルトガル代表としても170試合で102ゴールと驚異的な記録を残している。

かつて、カルロ・アンチェロッティ監督の下でレアル・マドリーで勤めたフィットネスコーチのジョバンニ・マウリ氏が、イタリア『トゥットスポルト』でそのC・ロナウドについてコメント。マドリー時代の教えを守っていると語った。

「彼がイタリアに来た時、普通の選手ではないといった」

「彼は落ち着きを取り戻し、得点を続けている。彼は休息が基本となるマドリーで提案したトレーニングを踏襲している」

「休息とは、ただ寝るだけではない。受け身ではなく、筋肉、精神、関節の健康を目的とした特定のエクササイズをすることだ」

このマウリ氏は、アンチェロッティ監督のコーチングスタッフとして長年勤めており、パルマ、ミラン、チェルシー、パリ・サンジェルマン、レアル・マドリー、バイエルンとで共に仕事をしていた。

そのマウリ氏はC・ロナウドがいつまでプレーできるかという質問にコメント。これまで見てきたレジェンドたちと同じ部類だとした。

「(パオロ・)マルディーニから(アレッサンドロ・)コスタクルタまで、40代の多くのサッカー選手と仕事をしてきた。私がPSGにいたときは、(ズラタン・)イブラヒモビッチは40歳までプレーすると確信していた」

1チームに1人欲しかった“万能型サイドバック”、ジャンルカ・ザンブロッタ

スーペル・コッパ2025の日程が決定!昨季に引き続きサウジアラビアで開催

欧州のドリブルキングはメッシ! C・ロナウドとは成功数に1000以上の差
