ブラジルのブラガンチーノで指揮を執る、アントニオ・カルロス・ザーゴ監督(50)が日本へ向かうことになるようだ。『ESPN』が報じた。
ザーゴ監督は2019年4月からブラガンチーノの監督に就任。ブラジル・セリエBに所属するチームを率い、37試合で22勝8分け7敗の成績を残し、チームはセリエBで優勝。セリエA昇格を成し遂げていた。
現役時代はサンパウロやパルメイラス、コリンチャンス、サントスなどブラジルクラブでプレーした他、スペインのアルバセテやイタリアのローマ、トルコのベシクタシュでもプレー。フランチェスコ・トッティや中田英寿ともプレーしている。また、1996年1月から1997年7月までは柏レイソルにも所属していた。ブラジル代表としても38試合に出場し3ゴールを記録している。
指揮官としては、パルメイラスやジュヴェントゥージ、インテルナシオナル、フォルタレーザなどで指揮をとった他、ローマとシャフタール・ドネツクではテクニカルコーチも務めたことがある。

鈴木優磨が“金髪”にする理由を告白

鹿島が強かに7連勝! 清水が圧倒的に攻めた中で、鈴木優磨弾を守り切り首位堅持【明治安田J1第17節】
