今シーズン途中にサガン鳥栖で現役引退を果たした元スペイン代表FWフェルナンド・トーレスが、盟友にメッセージを送った。

13日、ヴィッセル神戸に所属する元スペイン代表FWダビド・ビジャ(37)が、今シーズン限りでの引退を発表した。

トーレスとビジャは、共にスペイン代表でプレー。クラブレベルではチームメイトになることはなかったが、同じストライカーとしてラ・リーガで良きライバル関係にあった。

スペイン代表では、2008年のユーロ、2010年の南アフリカ・ワールドカップとタイトルを獲得。スペイン代表の黄金期を支えた2人は、現役最後の地に日本を選択し、Jリーグでプレーしてスパイクを脱ぐこととなった。

トーレスは、自身のインスタグラム(fernandotorres)を更新。よきライバルであり、2トップを組んだ友人へ、手向けの言葉を綴った。

【J1クラブ通信簿/ヴィッセル神戸】ACLで躍進も不安定な守備で期待を大きく裏切るリーグ戦下位低迷

未曾有のシーズンとなった2020年のJリーグ。新型コロナウイルス(COVID-19)の感染拡大を受け、中断による異例の超過密日程、観戦や応援の制限など、多くの困難を乗り越え、すべての日程を終了した。その中でも、熱戦が続いた2020シーズンのJリーグ。超ワールドサッカー編集部は、J1全18クラブの通信簿(チームMVP、補強成功度、総合評価)をお届けする。第5弾は14位のヴィッセル神戸を総括!(評価は「S」が最高、「E」が最低) ◆総合評価【E】 9勝9分け16敗 (勝率26.4%) 50得点59失点 2019シーズンの天皇杯を制し、クラブ史上初となるAFCチャンピオンズリーグ(ACL)出場権を獲得していた神戸。2020シーズンはゼロックス・スーパーカップで横浜F・マリノスを下すスタートを切り、リーグ戦での飛躍も大いに期待されていた。トルステン・フィンク監督の2年目を迎えたシーズン。しかし、勝ち切れない試合が続くスタートとなり、シーズン序盤は出遅れる展開となる。過密日程となる中で大きな課題となったのは守備陣の不安定さと言えるだろう。リーグ戦34試合でクリーンシートはたったの4試合。1失点の試合も10試合であり、20試合が複数失点となっていた。特に3バックと4バックが定まらない時期が長く、特に3バックで臨んだ試合の勝ち星はたったの「1」。チームとしてのバランスを見失ってしまう試合が増えていた。一方で、攻撃陣はMFアンドレス・イニエスタを中心に破壊力を見せると思いきや、こちらも不発の試合が多かった印象だ。また、複数得点を奪っても守備陣が耐え切れず、勝ちに繋がらない試合も多く見られた。その結果、フィンク監督をシーズン途中で解任。三浦淳寛新監督のもと再出発。4バックのシステムをベースにすると、いきなり3連勝と改善を見せた。しかし、それも束の間、10月以降はたった2勝。11月以降は6連敗でシーズンを終えるなどし、期待を大きく裏切る結果となった。なおACLは日本勢で最高のベスト4まで勝ち上がったが、最後はあと一歩で決勝のところまで行ったが蔚山現代に敗れてしまっていた。肝心なところで露呈した勝負弱さ。新シーズンは期待に応える戦いを見せてもらいたい。 ◆チーム内MVP <div style="text-align:center;"><img src="https://image.ultra-soccer.jp/800/img/2020/vissel2020_1_tw2.jpg" style="max-width: 100%;"></div><div style="text-align:right;font-size:x-small;">©︎J.LEAGUE<hr></div> FW古橋亨梧(25) 明治安田生命J1リーグ30試合出場(先発25試合)/10得点大きく期待から外れたチームにおいてMVPを選ぶのは難しいが、ここはFW古橋亨梧を選びたい。難しいシーズン、そして苦しいチーム状況において古橋はチーム最多の12得点を記録。自身にとってキャリアハイとなる結果を残した。スピードを生かしたカウンターを始め、イニエスタとのホットラインは健在。チャンスメイクも含めて、チームの攻撃を牽引したと言って良いだろう。ゴールが勝利になかなか結びつかないという苦しいシーズンを経験したが、ACLでの戦いでも結果を残し、本人として一定の自身も掴んだはず。2021シーズンは更なる飛躍、チームの結果を変えられる活躍を期待したい。 ◆補強成功度【C】 <div style="text-align:center;"><img src="https://image.ultra-soccer.jp/800/img/2020/vissel2020_1_tw3.jpg" style="max-width: 100%;"></div><div style="text-align:right;font-size:x-small;">©︎J.LEAGUE<hr></div> 大型補強のイメージが強い神戸だが、2020シーズンを迎えるにあたっては実は4名しか補強していなかった。そのうち1名は筑波大学からの新入団となったDF山川哲史、そして神戸ユースから昇格したFW小田裕太郎とルーキーが2人。さらに初のJ1挑戦となるDF菊池流帆をレノファ山口FCから獲得した。一番の目玉は清水エスパルスから補強したFWドウグラス。2019シーズンはJ1で14得点を記録していただけに、得点源としての期待が高かった。しかし、ドウグラスはケガなどもありJ1で23試合の出場しで7得点と不発。FWダビド・ビジャが抜けた穴を埋めるには至らなかった。一方で、小田は途中出場がメインながら19試合に出場し1得点を記録するなど、将来性を感じさせるプレーを見せると、山川もリーグ戦では5試合の出場に終わったが、ACLで5試合に出場するなど新シーズンに繋がるプレーを披露。菊池も最終的にリーグ戦14試合に出場しており、更なる飛躍が期待される。 2021.01.07 21:15 Thu
