▽クロアチア代表は21日、ロシア・ワールドカップ(W杯)グループD第2節でアルゼンチン代表と対戦。ゴールレスで迎えた53分、GKウィルフレッド・カバジェロのミス絡みからFWアンテ・レビッチの得点で先制したクロアチア代表がその後も2得点を挙げ、1998年フランス大会以来20年ぶりのグループステージ突破を果たした。

▽アルゼンチン代表を3-0で破る瞬間に貢献したペリシッチは試合後、イタリア『Mediaset』に次のように話し、チームとして戦う姿勢の重要性を説いた。
「メッシはクリスティアーノ・ロナウドと同じく最高の選手だ。でも、僕らだって、チームとしてプレーできれば、それを超えることができる」

トッテナムが4選手の退団を発表! レンタル中のダイアー、ペリシッチ、タンガンガにセセニョンも契約満了

トッテナムは5日、2023-24シーズン限りでの4選手の退団を発表した。 今回発表されたのは、イングランド代表MFエリック・ダイアー(30)、クロアチア代表FWイバン・ペリシッチ(35)、DFライアン・セセニョン(24)、DFジャフェット・タンガンガ(25)となった。 ダイアーは、2014年7月にスポルティングCPから完全移籍で加入。今年1月にバイエルンへとレンタル移籍するまで9年半在籍した。 公式戦通算365試合に出場し13ゴールを記録。しかし、今シーズンはアンジェ・ポステコグルー監督の下で出番に恵まれずバイエルンへとレンタル移籍。ブンデスリーガで15試合、チャンピオンズリーグ(CL)で5試合に出場していた。そのままバイエルンにフリーで加入することになる。 ペリシッチは、2022年7月にインテルから完全移籍で加入。1年目は公式戦44試合に出場し1ゴールを記録したが、今シーズンは開幕から5試合で起用されるもその後は負傷離脱。1月に出番を求め、母国のハイドゥク・スプリトへレンタル移籍していた。 セセニョンは2019年8月にフルアムから完全移籍で加入。スピードを武器とした左サイドバックとして大きな期待が寄せられていた。 しかし、2020年10月からはホッフェンハイムへとレンタル移籍。その後はトッテナムでプレーを続けたが、4シーズンで公式戦57試合に出場し3ゴールに終わり、今季はケガでプレミアリーグでのプレーはなかった。 タンガンガはトッテナムのアカデミー育ちで、2020年1月にファーストチームに昇格。今シーズンはアウグスブルク、そしてミルウォールと武者修行が続いた。 センターバックと右サイドバックでプレーできる中、2シーズン半分で公式戦50試合の出場に終わった。 また、U-21のDFチャーリー・セイヤーズ(20)、MFビリー・ヒープス(19)も退団。U-18のMFキーラン・モーガン(18)、MFハン・ウィルホフト・キング(18)も退団する。 2024.06.05 17:59 Wed

「ショック」「史上最悪」クロアチア代表のW杯ユニ、伝統の市松模様が不均衡なホームは酷評の嵐…アウェイには好意的意見
