1位に輝いたのは、アストン・ビラでプレーするスイス女子代表のアリーシャ・レーマン。世界一セクシーなアスリートとしても知られ、インスタグラムのフォロワーは1340万人。元プロテニスプレーヤーのロジャー・フェデラーを超え、インスタグラムで最も人気のあるスイス人アスリートとなっている。 2020年の東京五輪でイギリス代表が復活か!?
▽2012年のロンドン・オリンピック(五輪)で結成されたチームGB(グレート・ブリテン)だが、再び結成する方向で話を進めているようだ。イギリス『スカイ・スポーツ』が報じている。 ▽FA(イングランドサッカー協会)は、2020年に行われる東京五輪で、チームGBの結成を考えているとのこと。14日に行われたUEFA(欧州サッカー連盟)の臨時総会でも議論されたようだ。 ▽2012年のロンドンでは、自国開催ということもあって初めて五輪にサッカーチームが出場。チームGBとして参加したが、今年行われたリオ五輪には出場することはなかった。 ▽当時は、4協会が協力することでチームGBを結成する予定だったが、スコットランド、北アイルランドが反対。結局、イングランド、ウェールズの混合チームで臨むこととなった。 ▽ウェールズ、北アイルランド、スコットランドの各協会は、FIFA(国際サッカー連盟)における独立した地位が失われることを危惧していたが、「前FIFA会長のゼップ・ブラッター氏からジャンニ・インファンティノ氏に会長が代わったことで、その心配は無くなった」とFAのマーティン・グレンCEOがコメントした。なお、「問題は各国家の利益だ」ともしており、4協会が協力してチームを結成するには、まだ課題は残されているようだ。 2016.09.15 15:18 Thu
