マンチェスター・ユナイテッドのブラジル代表MFフレッジがピンポイントのパスでネイマールのゴールをお膳立てした。日本時間15日に行われたカタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)南米予選第12節。10試合で9勝1分け無敗で首位をひた走るブラジルは4位のウルグアイ代表とホームで対戦した。

フレッジもこの試合に先発出場。10分には見事なアシストでネイマールの代表通算70得点目を演出した。右サイドからのボールを中央で受けると、左足でのコントロールからすぐさま最終ラインの背後へ浮き球のパス。ネイマールの動き出しに合わせ、距離のある縦パスをピンポイントで送り届けた。
素晴らしいアシストで先制点を導いたフレッジには、SNS上でさまざまな声が上がった。「フレッジ先生」、「もっと攻撃的な役割を与えて」などのほか、ユナイテッドのサポーターからは「なぜ僕らのためにこのようなプレーをしないのか?」と現状を憂うコメントも。それに応えるように「前回の試合で見せたけど、カバーニが逃したんだ」などの意見も寄せられた。

フレッジは日程面から16日に控えるレスター・シティ戦への出場はできない。そのため、来週20日にホームで行われるチャンピオンズリーグ(CL)のアタランタ戦に照準を合わせることになる。ファンからの評価が割れるセレソンは、オールド・トラッフォードでも結果を残すことができるだろうか。

ロナウドが日韓W杯での“大五郎カット”を謝罪、奇抜な髪型の裏事情とは?

21世紀の出場試合数ランキング発表! 首位は1145試合のC・ロナウド、トップ10に日本人選手がランクイン

これが47歳? 引退から4年が経過したゼ・ロベルトの衝撃的な肉体に11万いいね
