アストン・ビラ退団が決まっているなでしこジャパンFW岩渕真奈のゴラッソが、年間ベストゴールにノミネートされた。チェルシーの2季連続優勝で幕を閉じたFA女子スーパーリーグ(FAWSL)では、現在シーズン終了後のアウォーズに向けた各部門の投票が行われている。その中で年間ベストゴール部門に岩渕のゴールがノミネートされた。
2月6日に行われたトッテナム戦、0-0で迎えた12分にこぼれ球を拾った岩渕がボックス手前右から右足を振り抜くと、ボールは美しいドライブ軌道を描いてゴールイン。目を見張るほどの一撃には、実況も興奮して「アメージング!」「ファビュラス!」などと連呼するほどだ。

アストン・ビラがスタジアム改修をスタート、ユーロ2028の会場となり5万人収容に変貌へ

「寄せすぎ」「コピーだ」アストン・ビラの新エンブレムがチェルシーに酷似?実は過去のデザインを踏襲したもの
