リバプールのユルゲン・クロップ監督が、ファン・サポーターの歓迎について言及した。クラブ公式サイトが伝えた。28日、FAカップ4回戦でリバプールはホームのノリッジ・シティを迎えた。クロップ監督が今シーズン限りで退任することを電撃的に発表した中、最初の公式戦として行われたノリッジ戦。試合は、前半から点の取り合いとなるも、2-1で折り返すことに成功。後半はゴールを重ね、5-2で快勝した。
リバプールのファンだけでなく、サッカー界にも驚きを与えたクロップ監督の退任。当然、最初のホームゲームということもあり、スタジアムに集まったファン・サポーターからは声援が送られる。
退任を発表した際には「私の歌は歌わないでもらいたい」と伝え、主役は選手だとしていたが、大きな成功をもたらしてくれたクロップ監督に向けて声援が送られないはずもなく、エモーショナルな空間となった。

「とても重要な存在」 遠藤航の帰還をクロップが歓迎! マク・アリスターとも「一緒にプレーできる」

リバプールが期待の若手MFニョニとプロ契約!今夏のプレシーズンでは精力的にアピール

単独投入という“粋な演出”から浮かび上がる、遠藤航とスロット監督の信頼関係
