誰でもミスはするものだが、イングランド代表FWタミー・エイブラハムは運悪くその瞬間をカメラに収められてしまった。

UEFAネーションズリーグ(UNL)の戦いに臨んでいるスリーライオンズ(イングランド代表の愛称)。初戦でハンガリー代表相手にまさかの敗戦を喫したチームは、7日に行われたリーグA・グループ3第2節のドイツ代表戦を1-1の引き分けで終えた。

この日出番のなかったエイブラハムだが、試合前に注目を浴びていた。ウォーミングアップ中に、チームメイトの近くでリフティングに興じていたエイブラハム。フリースタイルのようなテクニカルなタッチで技を繰り出す。

しかし、次の瞬間に悲劇が待っていた、足裏を使ってボールをコントロールしたエイブラハムだったが、ボールの上に乗っかる格好に。バランスを崩したエイブラハムはそのまま派手に転倒してしまった。

これには、近くで見ていたDFトレント・アレクサンダー=アーノルド(リバプール)やチェルシー時代のチームメイトであるリース・ジェームズも抱腹絶倒。お茶目なエイブラハムに爆笑していた。

すぐに立ち上がったエイブラハムだったが、この瞬間を撮影されていたのはついていなかった。

北中米W杯の欧州予選組み合わせ決定! 12カ国+POの4カ国が出場権獲得、来年3月からスタート【2026年北中米W杯欧州予選】
