魔女の宅急便」のモデルにもなった島でプレーする日本人も! なでしこメンバーらスウェーデンでプレーする日本人選手6人が大集合

なでしこジャパン(日本女子代表)は11日、オーストラリア&ニュージーランド女子ワールドカップ(W杯)準々決勝のスウェーデン女子代表戦をイーデン・パーク(オークランド)で戦い、1-2の敗戦に。ベスト8で大会を去ることとなった。ともにグループステージを3連勝で首位通過したなでしことスウェーデン。なでしこはラウンド16でノルウェー女子代表を撃破し、スウェーデンはW杯3連覇を目指したアメリカ女子代表をPK戦の末に打ち破り、準々決勝まで駒を進めた。 FIFAランキングはなでしこの11位に対し、スウェーデンは準々決勝まで残った8チームの中で最高順位となる3位。だが、なでしこはグループステージ初戦のザンビア女子代表戦から4連勝と勢いが加速しており、恐れる必要などどこにもない。池田太監督がチョイスしたスタメンはGK山下杏也加、DF3枚に左から南萌華、キャプテンの熊谷紗希、高橋はな。MFは杉田妃和、長野風花、長谷川唯、清水梨紗。FWには今大会5ゴールの宮澤ひなた、田中美南、19歳の藤野あおばという11人だ。ノルウェー戦からのスタメン変更を遠藤純から杉田の1枚にとどめたなか、前半はなでしこボールでキックオフ。いきなり左サイドを押し込み、開始20秒で左CKを獲得するなど良い試合への入りを見せる。対するスウェーデンは延長120分間にPK戦まで戦ったアメリカ戦から中4日、スタメン11人に変更なし。なでしこが警戒すべきはサイド攻撃からの上背を活かしたクロス攻勢となり、もちろんセットプレーも極力与えたくない。両チームとも4試合で1失点という堅守を誇るなか、ポゼッションではスウェーデンが上回り、なでしこはさほど前線からプレスをかけず。ただ、丁寧なビルドアップを披露する相手に対し、ボールの奪いどころを定めきれていない印象がある。 20分過ぎまで両チームともシュートなしという膠着した時間帯が続いたなか、なでしこは25分に絶体絶命のピンチ。スウェーデンが最終ラインから前線へロングボールを送ると、対応にあたった熊谷が処理しきれず、スティーナ・ブラックステニウスがGK山下との一対一に。シュートが枠に飛ばず難を逃れた。ヒヤリとする場面を迎えたなでしこ。これをキッカケに攻撃のギアを上げ、持ち前の速攻が徐々に効果を発揮し始めたが、32分に警戒すべきセットプレーから痛恨の失点。FKの流れからGK山下が守るゴール前で混戦が生まれると、最後はルーズボールをアマンダ・イレステットに蹴り込まれた。今大会初めて先制点を許したなでしこは42分にもピンチ。世界最高の選手の1人であるコソヴァレ・アスラニにボックス内から強烈な右足ボレーを放たれると、アウト回転がかかったシュートは右ポストを直撃。GK山下が左手指先でなんとか弾いた。攻撃陣はなんとかスウェーデンを切り崩したいところだが、前半はシュートなしで終了。池田監督はハーフタイムに杉田を下げて遠藤を投入し、後半に勝負をかける。ところが、後半立ち上がりにCKを与えると、なでしこが攻撃に転じてからVARが介入し、自陣ボックス内での長野のハンドを取られ、51分にフィリパ・アンイエルダールにPKを沈められてしまう。未だシュートがないなか、2点ビハインドとなった。これを受け、池田監督はすぐさま次の一手を打つ。なかなか良い形でボールを受けられなかった田中に代え、積極的なスプリントや背後への飛び出しが光る植木理子をピッチに送り込む。それでもなお、スウェーデンのポゼッションに対してボールの奪いどころを掴めない展開に変化は生み出せず。61分には深く押し込んで連続攻撃を仕掛けるが、この場面でもシュートを打てず、徐々に時間が少なくなっていく。 68分にようやく初シュート。藤野が右サイドからグラウンダーのクロスを入れると、ボールはスウェーデンの選手に当たり、ボックス右まで駆け上がった長谷川の足下へ。しかし、長谷川の右足シュートはクロスバーの上へと外れる。このシュートを境に流れはなでしこへ。71分、ゴール正面で長野から縦パスを受けた藤野は、ワントラップから振り向きざまに左足シュート。この試合最初の枠内シュートは惜しくもスウェーデンGKゼチラ・ムソビッチにセーブされる。すると、74分にPKを獲得。右サイドでのスローインから植木がドリブルを開始すると、ボックス内まで侵入したところで後ろから倒される。しかし、自らキッカーを務めた植木はPKをクロスバーに当ててしまい、1点を返すに至らなかった。苦しい戦いが続く中でもベスト4進出を目指すなか、ここで意気消沈するわけにはいかないなでしこジャパン。その後も攻勢をかけ、試合終盤に来てとうとう1点差に。87分、藤野のFKがまたしてもわずかに決まらなかったが、そこからの連続攻撃から途中出場の林穂之香が強烈な右足シュートを叩き込む。土壇場で1点差に追いついた中、後半のアディショナルタイムは10分。同点に追いつく時間は十分になるなか、池田監督はセンターバックの高橋を下げ、スウェーデンでプレーする19歳のアタッカー・浜野まいかを今大会初起用。捨て身の攻撃で次の1点を奪いに行く。だが、必死の攻撃も実らず、1-2でスウェーデンに惜敗。なでしこは準々決勝敗退となり、ベスト4進出はならなかった。なお、勝利したスウェーデンは準決勝でスペイン女子代表と対戦する。なでしこジャパン 1-2 スウェーデン女子代表【日本】林穂之香(後42) 【スウェーデン】アマンダ・イレステット(前32) フィリパ・アンイエルダール(後6) 2023.08.11 18:33 Fri
