ユベントスは22日、セリエA第17節でモンツァとのアウェイ戦に臨み、2-1で競り勝った。

前節、最下位ヴェネツィアにホームで辛くも引き分けるのが精一杯だった4戦連続ドロー中の6位ユベントス(勝ち点28)は、5日前に行われたコッパ・イタリアではカリアリに4発快勝とした。そのカリアリ戦のスタメンから2選手を変更。ケフラン・テュラムとバングーラに代えてニコラス・ゴンサレスとガッティを起用した。

19位モンツァ(勝ち点10)に対し、ニコラス・ゴンサレスをトップ下、コープマイネルスをカリアリ戦に続きボランチ起用としたユベントスが押し込む立ち上がりとなった中、13分にCKからニコラス・ゴンサレスがヘディングシュートでゴールに迫ると、直後のCKから先制点。

コープマイネルスの右CKをマッケニーがボレーで合わせた。しかし22分に同点とされる。サイド攻撃からビリンデッリにボレーを決められた。

同点とされて以降もユベントスが敵陣でのプレーを続けると、39分に勝ち越し弾。サイド攻撃で揺さぶった流れからロカテッリの落としたボールをゴール前のニコラス・ゴンサレスが蹴り込んだ。

ニコラス・ゴンサレスの公式戦連発弾で2-1として迎えた後半、開始3分にユルドゥズがGK強襲のシュートを放ったユベントスが引き続き押し込む流れで推移する。

モンツァの反撃を許さず試合を進めるユベントスは64分、ニコラス・ゴンサレスに代えて負傷明けのカンビアーゾを投入。重心を下げると、後半半ば以降はモンツァに押し込まれる展開となったものの、2-1で逃げ切り。引き分け地獄から抜け出し、5戦ぶりの勝利を挙げている。

欧州のドリブルキングはメッシ! C・ロナウドとは成功数に1000以上の差
