「全くのウソ」古巣サントス復帰噂のネイマール、将来的な復帰は示唆も今夏の移籍は否定「何も計画はない」

アル・ヒラルでケガからの復帰目指すネイマール

アル・ヒラルのブラジル代表FWネイマール(32)は来シーズンもサウジアラビアで戦うようだ。ブラジル『ESPN』が伝えた。

2023年夏にサウジ・プロ・リーグのアル・ヒラルへと加わったネイマール。同年10月のブラジル代表の試合で左ヒザに大ケガを負い、今夏のコパ・アメリカ2024を戦う代表メンバーからも外れた。

そんななか、2月頃にネイマールの去就に言及していたのがサントスのマルセロ・テイシェイラ会長。ネイマールが古巣の試合観戦に訪れた後、「会話はとても手短なものだったが、良い結果を期待できるのはいつだって手短な会話だ」「彼はサウジアラビアで引き続き経験を積み、それからここに戻ってくるだろう」といずれの復帰への手応えを明かしていた。

しかし、チャリティ・オークションのイベント前にコメントを残したネイマールは、噂が続いていた今夏のサントス復帰を否定。まずは2025年6月までの契約を全うすると語った。

「(可能性は)ない。彼らが言っていることは全くのウソで、何も計画されていない。アル・ヒラルとの契約はあと1年残っている。残念ながらこの1年は棒に振ってしまったから、今度は素晴らしいシーズンを過ごしたいと思っている。それだけだ」

「これからの人生を少しずつ歩んでいくつもりだ。まだまだ先は長い。サントスは僕の心のチームだし、もちろんいつかは戻りたいが、頭の中に何も計画はない」

なお、長期離脱前のネイマールはアル・ヒラルで公式戦5試合に出場。契約には1年の契約延長オプションも付帯している。
