今季絶望の重傷を負ったバルセロナのスペイン代表MFガビ。ケガを知った時にはかなり取り乱していたようだ。バルセロナの新たな神童として注目を集めつつ、その才能を見出したのはスペイン代表のルイス・エンリケ元監督。バルセロナであまり出番のなかったガビを招集して起用すると、メキメキと頭角を現し、今やチームの中心的な存在となっていた。

すでにバルセロナでは111試合で7ゴール、スペイン代表でも27試合で5ゴールと19歳とは思えないキャリアを歩んできた中、最初の悲劇が襲った。
19日に行われたユーロ2024予選のジョージア代表戦で、ガビは着地の際にヒザを捻りピッチに倒れ込むことに。すぐに大きなケガにも見える反応を見せ、そのまま交代していた。

ルイス・デ・ラ・フエンテ監督は、ハーフタイムのロッカールームの様子について「お通夜のような雰囲気だった」と表現。チームメイトも大きなショックを受ける事態となっていたが、スペイン『Relevo』はガビの悲痛な反応を伝えている。
クラウディオ・バスケス医師とオスカル・ルイス・セラーダ医師による検査結果を聞いたガビは「そんなはずはない、そんなはずはない!プレーしなければならないんだ!」と涙ながらに叫んでいたという。

キャリアでも最高の時期を過ごしていた19歳にとっては、非情通告とも言える検査結果。信じたくないガビの気持ちも十分に理解でき、多くの選手たちは言葉を発せず、バルセロナのチームメイトは悲鳴をあげていたという。

その後の検査で、右ヒザ前十字じん帯断裂、外側半月板損傷と診断。手術を受けることが決定したガビだが、今は復帰を目指して歩んでいくしかないだろう。

「激アツ」「どっちも可愛い」長谷川唯の“激レア”スペイン代表ユニフォーム姿が話題! イニエスタにも例えられるボンマティの日本代表ユニも話題「なんかエモい」

21世紀の出場試合数ランキング発表! 首位は1145試合のC・ロナウド、トップ10に日本人選手がランクイン

「まだ泣くの早いって」と本田圭佑にツッコまれた日本代表サポーター、元Jリーガーの親友だった「親友が世界的にバズってて最高」

「本当に泣ける…」スペイン相手に劇的勝利、日本代表選手たちが勝利後のロッカー&バスで歌った曲は?久保建英がスピーカー持ってファンの前に

スペイン代表を劇的な逆転勝利で下し、ラウンド16に駒を進めた日本代表。日本サッカー協会(JFA)が、公式YouTubeチャンネルでスペイン戦の「Team Cam」を公開した。 1日に行われたカタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)グループE最終節の日本vsスペイン。日本は勝てば自力でグループステージ突破を決められる試合となった。 初戦でドイツ代表を下す大金星を挙げ、世界中の注目を集めることとなった日本。スペインも撃破することは難しいとの見方が強かった中、試合は前半にアルバロ・モラタにヘディングを決められて失点。その後も支配されるが、1点ビハインドで前半を終えた。 1失点はプラン通りだという言葉が試合後には語られたが、ハーフタイムに投入された途中出場の堂安律が豪快な左足ミドルを決めて追いつくと、三笘薫の執念の折り返しを田中碧が押し込み逆転。その後、スペインに押し込まれ続けるが、集中して守り切り、2-1で逆転勝利。ドイツに続きスペインも撃破した。 試合前とハーフタイムにはキャプテンの吉田麻也が選手たちに気合いを入れる声をかけ、森保一監督も声を懸けた中、選手たちの頑張りで見事に勝利。そして、グループ首位でラウンド16に駒を進めた。 試合後のドレッシングルームでは選手たちがそれぞれ勝利を噛み締めると、ケツメイシの「仲間」を流し、板倉滉と川島永嗣がタオルを振って喜ぶ姿が。選手たちも抱き合って喜びを露わにしていた。 そしてスタジアムからホテルに戻る道中のバスでもケツメイシの曲が。久保建英がスピーカーを抱えて流れていたのは「涙」。選手たちは歌いながらバスを降り、ファンが出迎えるホテルに入って行った。 ホテルの外、ホテテルの中でも多くのファンが日本代表を歓迎。そして、日本以外のファンもしっかりと祝福してくれる事態となった。 <span class="paragraph-title">【動画】日本代表選手たち、勝利を祝いみんなで歌った曲は?</span> <span data-other-div="movie"></span> <script>var video_id ="G5XuGhH4wYU";var video_start = 1071;</script><div style="text-align:center;"><div id="player"></div></div><script src="https://web.ultra-soccer.jp/js/youtube_autoplay.js"></script> 2022.12.03 23:05 Sat
