リバプールは25日、ギリシャ代表DFコンスタンティノス・ツィミカス(27)との新契約締結を発表した。ツィミカスとは長期契約を結んだとのことだ。
ツィミカスは、2020年8月にオリンピアコスからリバプールに移籍金1170万ポンド(約21億5000万円)で完全移籍加入。左サイドバックとしてプレーし、スコットランド代表DFアンドリュー・ロバートソンのバックアッパーの位置付けだ。
リバプールでは63試合で12アシストを記録。控えでありながら、出場時には高いパフォーマンスを見せており、信頼が置かれるバックアッパー。今シーズンはここまでプレミアリーグで1試合に途中出場、ヨーロッパリーグ(EL)のLASKリンツ戦ではフル出場を果たしていた。

クロップ監督がかつての“右腕“と決別した理由明かす「関係がうまくいかなくなった」
