フランス女子代表で初めて子供を伴っての代表参加が実現した。フランス『レキップ』が報じている。

今年7月に2023 FIFA女子ワールドカップ(W杯)を控えるフランスは、前サウジアラビア男子代表監督のエルヴェ・ルナールを新指揮官に迎えて初となるインターナショナルマッチウィーク期間に入っている。

コロンビア女子代表、カナダ女子代表とのテストマッチに臨むレ・ブルーは、3日からトレーニングを開始しているが、クレールフォンテーヌのトレーニング施設にはルナール監督と共に可愛い新顔の姿が…。

今回、出産後初招集となったリヨンMFアメル・マイリは、生後9カ月の娘のマリアムちゃんを連れて代表活動に参加。『レキップ』によると、アメリカを中心に幾つかの国では幼い子供のいる選手に関して十分な受け入れ態勢が整っているものの、フランスではマイリのケースが初となるという。

ルナール監督は、「幼い子供を持つプレーヤーに構造を与えることは不可欠だ」、「彼女には生後9カ月の娘がいて、たとえそれが彼女の職業であっても、母親が幼い子供を家に残すことは困難だ」と、今回の同伴実現を歓迎した。

さらに、同監督は「フランスはその部分で遅れている」と、女子選手に対する待遇や働き方の改善を改めて訴えている。

「乳母と一緒に組織的な構造を確立する必要がある。グループの機能に害を及ぼすことはなく、心理的に最も重要なことだ」

「精神的に健全でパフォーマンスを発揮するには、この2つを関連付けることが重要だ。支援と組織の面で改善すべき点がある。我々はアメリカがやっていることを何とかやり遂げる。いつの日か、4人か5人の子供が我々と一緒にいるかもしれない」

女子選手の意見を参考に配慮し白パンツを中止、ナイキが女子W杯出場13カ国の新ユニフォームを発表!

マテラッツィ、ジダンとの“頭突き事件”を引き起こした侮辱発言の真相を明かす
