スペイン代表のMFペドリが日本代表戦を振り返った。スペイン『マルカ』が伝えた。1日、カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)グループE最終節でスペインは日本と対戦した。

勝ち点4で首位に立つスペインと、勝ち点3で2位につける日本の対戦。試合は立ち上がりからスペインが支配すると、12分にアルバロ・モラタがヘディングを決めて先制する
先制後は完全に試合を支配したが、日本の粘り強い守りの前に、ゴールを奪えない。すると後半立ち上がりに連続失点。

スペインはその後も前半同様に支配。日本に何度カウンターを仕掛けられそうになった中、最後まで攻めたがゴールを奪えず2-1で敗戦。2位でグループステージを通過することとなった。
ペドリは試合後に日本戦を振り返り、日本の守備が良かったと敗因についてコメントした。

「疲労の問題ではない。彼らはインサイドに多くの人を置き、多くのプレッシャーを与えてきた。フレッシュさに欠けたわけではないんだ」

「もっとボールにスピードを与えるべきだった」

また、試合中に大型ビジョンを見ていたことについては「個人的にはスコアボードに注目していた」とコメント。「というのも、僕たちは敗退し、得点しなければいけないということが分かったからだよ」と、コスタリカ代表がドイツ代表をリードしているというのを知り、攻撃に力を裂いたとし、他会場の戦況を確認していたことを明かした。

スペインがセルビアに3発完勝で3連勝! エリクセン1G1Aで2度のビハインド追いついたデンマークが2位キープ【UNL】

ヤシン・アドリがフィオレンティーナ移籍へ…ピオリ体制で頭角も現在構想外

21世紀の出場試合数ランキング発表! 首位は1145試合のC・ロナウド、トップ10に日本人選手がランクイン

仲良しの先輩はバルデ、ファティ、ガビ… バルセロナの16歳ヤマル、史上最年少のスペイン代表選手へ

セルヒオ・ラモスの愛犬“ジャガー”が永眠…夫妻は死を悼み思い出の写真を投稿
