ウルグアイサッカー協会(AUF)は29日、アトレティコ・マドリーのFWルイス・スアレスの同国代表招集を見送ると発表した。
スアレスは29日に行われたラ・リーガ第3節のビジャレアル戦に先発。56分に得点を決めるなど活躍したが、後半途中から左足を引きずるような動きを見せると、70分にピッチを退いた。
AUFはスアレスが左ヒザに炎症を起こしたと説明。理学療法を受けながら、1週間の安静期間を取り、それから徐々に復帰を目指していくという。
また、AUFはスポルティング・リスボンに所属するDFセバスティアン・コアテスの招集見送りも併せて発表。こちらは右ヒザに炎症性の痛みがあり、リハビリ中のようだ。

サプライヤーなしのウルグアイ代表が新ユニフォームを発表!男女平等促進のため紫色も取り入れた史上初のデザインに

A・ギャンが2010年W杯ウルグアイ戦の“あの”PK失敗を回顧「今でも1人になると脳裏に浮かぶ」
