Jリーグは13日、7月度の「明治安田生命Jリーグ 月間優秀監督賞」を発表した。
今回はJ1リーグからヴィッセル神戸の三浦淳寛監督、J2リーグを戦うモンテディオ山形のピーター・クラモフスキー監督、そしてJ3リーグからアスルクラロ沼津の今井雅隆監督が栄冠に輝いている。
三浦監督率いる神戸は7月の3試合で2勝1分け無敗と好調を維持。再開初戦の今月9日に行われた第23節の柏レイソル戦でこそ8試合ぶりの黒星を喫したが、ACL出場権争いにしっかりと導く手腕を発揮している。
初受賞となる三浦監督はJリーグの公式サイトを通じて、喜びの思いとともに今後の戦いに向けて気を引き締めた。

今季で沼津を率いて2年目の今井監督は7月の2試合で1勝1分け無敗、5得点2失点。今月29日に敵地で予定の再開初戦となる第16節のFC今治戦に弾みをつけている。
