ゼニト退団のFWドリウッシがMLS新規参入のオースティンFCに加入

メジャー・リーグ・サッカー(MLS)のオースティンFCは29日、ゼニトを退団したアルゼンチン人FWセバスティアン・ドリウッシ(25)の獲得を発表した。

リーベル・プレートの下部組織出身のドリウッシは、2013年にトップチームデビュー。卓越したテクニックと運動量に加え、アルゼンチン人ストライカーらしい決定力を併せ持つ若き逸材は、2017年に幾つかのビッグクラブとの争奪戦を制したゼニトへ加入。

ゼニトでは在籍4年間で公式戦138試合に出場し、24ゴール22アシストを記録。リーグ3連覇を含む6つのタイトル獲得に貢献。ただ、クラブとドリウッシは昨シーズン限りまでとなっており契約を延長することなく、今夏のタイミングで退団が決定していた。

2021シーズンから27番目のクラブとしてMLSに新規参入したオースティンFCは、ウェスタン・カンファレンスで8試合を行い2勝2分け4敗の10位につけている。
