今回はガーナ代表FWジョルダン・アイェウがクリスタル・パレスで決めた最初のゴールだ。

◆アイェウが決めたクリスタル・パレス初ゴール

2009年にマルセイユでプロキャリアをスタートさせたJ・アイェウは、2015年にアストン・ビラに加入し、プレミアデビュー。スウォンジーでのプレーを経て、2018年夏にクリスタル・パレスに移籍した。

スピードとパワーを兼ね備えたストライカーとして、プレミアリーグでも活躍を続けるJ・アイェウは、ここまでパレスで64試合11ゴールを記録しているが、その記念すべき初ゴールは、2019年1月2日に行われた、プレミアリーグ第21節のウォルバーハンプトン戦で決めたゴールだった。

0-0と拮抗した展開のまま終盤に入った83分、DFパトリック・ファン・アーンホルトからのシュート性のパスをゴール前で受けたアイェウは、柔らかいファーストタッチでボールを収めると、ゴール左にしっかりとシュートを決め、パレス初ゴールを記録した。

終盤に先制したパレスは、終了間際にも追加点を奪い、2-0で勝利している。

W・ザハが試合前のヒザをつくポーズを拒否「形だけになっている」

クリスタル・パレス、21歳の北アイルランド代表MFデベニーと新契約を締結!

クリスタル・パレスは9日、北アイルランド代表MFジャスティン・デベニー(21)と契約延長したことを発表した。新たな契約期間は2027年6月30日までとなる。新契約にサインしたデベニーは、公式サイトで以下のように喜びを語った。｢本当に嬉しいよ、これでまた一歩、成長できたと思う!｣｢これは僕のキャリアにおける新たな一歩だ。すべてのステップにチャンスがあり、この機会を得られたことに感謝している。そして、新たなステップで、僕はより努力し、多くを学び、みんなに素晴らしいプレーを見せたいって思っているんだ｣ 2023年の夏にスコットランドのエアドリーオニアンズから完全移籍で加入したデベニー。加入初年度はU-21チームに在籍したが、今季からトップチームに昇格を果たすと、昨年11月に行われた第11節のフルアム戦でプレミアリーグデビュー。さらに2試合連続スタメンとなった第12節のアストン・ビラ戦でプロ初ゴールを記録した。以降は途中出場が多いものの、ここまで公式戦25試合2ゴール記録していた。また、昨年11月にUEFAネーションズリーグ2024-25に臨む北アイルランド代表に初選出されると、同月18日のルクセンブルク代表戦でフル代表デビュー。これまで3試合に出場している。 2025.05.10 10:30 Sat
