新クラブのインテル・マイアミが、指揮官としてナポリのカルロ・アンチェロッティ監督(60)に関心を持っているようだ。イギリス『デイリー・メール』が『サン』の情報をもとに伝えている。
同時に大きな課題となっているのが指揮官問題だ。MLSの新シーズンが開幕する2020年3月に向けて、クラブは指揮官探しに尽力。その中で、オーナーのベッカム氏が注目しているのがアンチェロッティ監督だ。同氏の現役時代にミランやパリ・サンジェルマンで師弟関係にあり、その関係を利用して招へいを試みるという。2018年夏にナポリに就任したアンチェロッティ監督の契約は2021年まで。しかし、インテル・マイアミは招へいに自信を持っていると伝えられている。ベッカム氏と共同オーナーを務めるジョルジ・マス氏は以前に指揮官について「それは最高レベルのクラブで指揮を執ったことがあり、最高レベルのクラブでプレーしたことがある人物だ」と、ヒントとなるようなコメントを残していたようだ。

ベッカム氏の次男ロメオが2度目の現役引退…今度は母ヴィクトリアさんと同じ道へ
