▽ドイツ代表のレジェンドの1人であるミヒャエル・バラック氏は、ロシア・ワールドカップ(W杯)の惨敗にも関わらず、ヨアヒム・レーブ監督が続投したことを疑問に感じているようだ。ドイツ『Deutsche Welle』で語った。
▽2006年のドイツW杯終了後に、ユルゲン・クリスマン前監督の後を継いでヘッドコーチから昇格する形で新指揮官に就任したレーブ監督。これまで2014年のブラジルW杯での優勝や、2008年のユーロ準優勝など輝かしい成績を残してきた。
▽その一方で、連覇が期待されたロシアW杯ではグループステージ敗退を味わい、長期体制ゆえのマンネリ化を指摘する声も挙がっており、今年7月に2022年カタールW杯までの続投が発表された際には疑問の声も多く上がっていた。

超豪華!CL優勝なしのベストイレブンにはバロンドール受賞者4人も!

W杯で日本と対戦するドイツ代表の呼称「ディー・マンシャフト」が廃止に…7月末に結論
カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)では、日本代表とも対戦するドイツ代表だが、その“愛称”について議論がなされている。 2014年のブラジルW杯では優勝を果たしているドイツ代表。チームの愛称として「Die Mannschaft(ディー・マンシャフト)」が採用されている。 これはW杯制覇後の2015年にドイツ代表のマネージャーを務めるオリバー・ビアホフ氏が呼称として導入したもの。意味は「これがチームだ」というものだが、廃止の方向で話が進んでいる。 ドイツサッカー連盟(DFB)のベルント・ノイエンドルフ会長は、この呼称について終わる可能性があることを20日にコメント。7月末に結論を出すという。 「終わりが来る。7月末に責任機関の会合が開かれ、決定が確実に下される。終わりのない話には興味がない」 「今回の定性調査では、我々のイメージを固め、意見をまとめることができるはずだ。ただ、調査に依存することはない」 この言葉の生みの親とも言われるビアホフ氏は「我慢すれば良い」と会長の決定を受け入れることを示唆。日本と対戦するときにはもう使われない愛称となっていそうだ。 2022.06.21 14:30 Tue

アディダスがノイアーの代表100キャップを記念した特別なキーパーグローブ「プレデター」をリリース!ラトビア戦で着用
