「高価な食べ物はない」ギネス記録樹立、C・ロナウドのあの肉体の秘訣を専属シェフが明かす
ギネス世界記録も樹立した世界的スターであるポルトガル代表FWクリスティアーノ・ロナウドだが、トップに立ち続ける秘訣はトレーニングだけではない。 今夏12年ぶりに古巣のマンチェスター・ユナイテッドへと復帰したC・ロナウド。アルコールを摂取しないことや、厳しいトレーニングを誰よりも行っていることは有名な話だ。 今夏のユーロ2020では、記者会見時に自身が嫌っているコカ・コーラのボトルを退けたことが大きな話題に。株価にも多大なる影響を与えたとして、その影響力の高さを示した。 そのC・ロナウドだが、最も気をつけていると言っても良いのが食事だ。 C・ロナウドは、レアル・マドリーからユベントスへ移籍した際、1人のシェフを雇った。そのシェフは、ジョルジオ・バローネ氏。住み込みのシェフとして採用されたという。 まるで彫刻のような鍛え抜かれた肉体。36歳という年齢を考えれば、驚異とも言えるその姿の秘訣は、トレーニングではなく食事制限だった。 バローネ氏はイギリス『ミラー』でその秘密にてコメント。「高価な食べ物はない」と語り「健康食だ。私は有機食品と自然食品を使用している。魚、鶏肉、仔牛肉、卵、アボカド、ココナッツオイル、黒米などだ」と食材について明かした。 また、その気の遣い方については「フェラーリのケアをするように、体のケアをしなければいけない」とコメント。どれだけ気を配っているかが分かる。 C・ロナウドが好む食材は、魚、赤身のタンパク質料理、全粒穀物、サラダとのこと。タンパク質は筋肉の構築と修復の両方を助け、年齢による劣化を遅らせるという。 またカロリーの燃焼にも役立つと言い、「私はココナッツオイルを使って料理します。たくさんの水を飲むことも重要ですが、浄化されている。そしてたくさん飲む」とコメント。ただ、トレーニングもあってのものだと言い「もちろん、それはすべてハードなトレーニングと組み合わされています。しかし、休息は、午後を含め、トレーニングや栄養と同じくらい基本的です。そして、遅くではなく、夕方の早い時間に食事をします」とコメント。食事のタイミングや休むことも大事だとした。 世界記録となる代表通算「111」ゴールを記録したのも、トレーニング以外で努力をしている賜物。12年ぶりのプレミアリーグでもキレキレのパフォーマンスを見せてくれるだろうか。 <span class="paragraph-title">【写真】C・ロナウドの胃袋を支えるシェフと料理</span> <span data-other-div="photo"></span> <blockquote class="instagram-media" data-instgrm-captioned data-instgrm-permalink="https://www.instagram.com/p/CPQf-zfpqrI/?utm_source=ig_embed&utm_campaign=loading" data-instgrm-version="13" style=" background:#FFF; ヴィニシウスにトラブル…クラブ買収巡る問題で2年間の出場停止求める訴え起こされる
レアル・マドリーのブラジル代表FWヴィニシウス・ジュニオールが、国際サッカー連盟(FIFA)の倫理規定違反で2年間の出場停止処分を科される可能性が浮上している。 昨年はバロンドールこそ逃したもののFIFAザ・ベストを受賞し、チャンピオンズリーグとラ・リーガの2冠に貢献したヴィニシウス。今シーズンは昨シーズンほどのインパクトこそ残せていないが、公式戦20ゴール14アシストと十分なスタッツを残し、マドリーの主軸として活躍。直近では2030年までの新契約締結で合意に至ったとの報道も出ていた。 そんななか、イタリア『ジャンルカ・ディ・マルツィオ』などの報道によれば、現在フットボール界屈指のスーパースターには父親と代理人とともに経営する『ALL Agenciamento Esportivo』社のサッカークラブ買収に関する問題で、FIFAから調査を受けているという。 『ALL』はポルトガルのFCアルベルカと、カンピオナート・ブラジレイロ・セリエB(ブラジル2部)のアスレティック・クラブを買収した。 後者のアスレティック・クラブに関しては16.5%の株式を保有するブラジル企業『ティベリス・ホールディング・ド・ブラジル』が、クラブのセリエB昇格を受けて、株式過半数を取得する優先購入権を行使する計画を立てていた。 しかし、実際に株式はヴィニシウスと関係のある『ALL』に直接売却され、サンパウロ商事裁判所は調査のため取引を停止。 だが、捜査が行われている間に『ALL』がクラブの運営権を握ったことに激怒した『ティベリス』は4月7日、FIFA倫理委員会の調査委員会に申し立てを行い、ヴィニシウスに対して2年間の出場停止処分を要求した。 『ティベリス』の訴えによると、これはFIFA倫理規定第20条およびスペインサッカー連盟(RFEF)スポーツ正義規定第22条に違反するとして国際訴訟を起こすことを決定。これらの規定はいずれも、利益相反の明らかなリスクがある場合に、現役サッカー選手がプロサッカークラブを直接的または間接的に所有することを禁じている。 懸念されるのは、選手オーナーにとって有利な個人契約、スポーツの試合結果への影響。さらに、異例の形で他の選手を引きつける可能性、税務上の不正行為に至るまで、多岐にわたるという。実際、アスレティック・クラブとアルベルカの間ではここにきて選手移籍の動きもある。 この訴えはFIFAに審査される予定であり、出場停止処分に至らない可能性もあるが、『ティベリス』は2年間の出場停止処分を求めており、この訴えが全面的に認められた場合、ヴィニシウスの選手生命に関わる事態となる。 ただ、現状の見立てでは両者間での和解を目指しつつ、ヴィニシウス側に処分が下ったとしても、罰金といったより軽微な処分にとどまる可能性が高いようだ。 2025.04.23 20:51 Wed

かつてレアル・マドリーではそのルックスとプレースタイルから貴公子としても愛されたホセ・マリア・グティエレス氏が、自身のキャリアについて語った。スペイン『エル・パイス』が伝えた。 “グティ”の愛称でも親しまれ、マドリーの生え抜きとしてプレー。ファーストチームでは14シーズンを過ごすと、ベシクタシュへと移籍し、2011年11月に現役を引退していた。 引退後は指導者としてのキャリアを歩むと、古巣のマドリーの下部組織でキャリアを積んでいた。U-19にあたるフベニールAで監督を務めていた中、突如とし退団。その後、ベシクタシュのアシスタントコーチに就任すると、2019-20シーズンはアルメリアで監督を務めていた。 現在はフリーのグティ氏だが、監督としてのキャリアを続けていきたい考えを持っているようだ。 『エル・パイス』のインタビューでは、レアル・マドリーを出た後について「別の世界だよ。レアル・マドリーにいるときは、バブルの中にいるような感じだ。そして去った後は、サッカーの現実であっても、元選手の日常生活の現実でもないことに気がつく」とコメント。選手としても指導者としても長らくマドリーで過ごしたグティ氏にとっては、難しい環境もあったようだ。 順調にマドリーで指導者のキャリアを積んでいたグティ氏だが、突如辞任。マドリーを去ったことについて後悔しているかと聞かれると「いや、適切な時期だった。私はフベニールAに2年間いた。1年目はとても良かったが、2年目はあまり良くなかった。もっと大きな挑戦が必要だった」とコメント。「チームは私にカスティージャを任せてくれなかったので、私は去った。レアル・マドリーとカスティージャのベンチは埋まっていたので去ったんだ」と語り、自身がステップアップできないと感じたとのこと。「そこから、自分のキャリアを前進させ続けたいと思った。もし、私がフベニールAにもう1年いたとしたら、一歩後退していただろう」と、マドリーを去ったことは間違いではなかったと語った。 そのグティ氏だが、自身が去った後、現役時代に共にカンテラ、ファーストチームで過ごしたラウール・ゴンサレス氏がカスティージャの監督に就任していた。そのことについては「決して知られていないことだろう。解雇があるから起こることだ。ソラーリはファーストチームに昇格し、カスティージャの監督をラウールに譲った」と語り、そのことが起こった理由は別にあるとコメントした。 「でも、ロペテギがうまくやってそこにいたとしたら、ソラーリはカスティージャにあと2年間いただろう」とコメント。「僕は何をしたか?少年たちを教えるのにあと2年間いたのか?人生において、いつだって自分にとって最善だと思うところに行かなければならない」と語り、その時を待つことができなかったと明かしている。 一方で、マドリーを去ったことで復帰へのドアが閉まったかという質問には「そうだね。今はそう思うよ。私側ではなく、マドリー側のがね」と語り、自身ではなくクラブ側がもう受け入れることはないと考えているようだ。 監督としてのホセ・マリア・グティエレスについて、監督を探しているクラブへ勧める点としては「私は自分の仕事と真摯に取り組むことだけを約束する。選手としていかに才能があったは分かっているけど、彼らがそのグティを見ているのだとしたら、私にとっては不利かもしれない」と語り、「サッカーは固定観念にとらわれ、抜け出すことは難しい。人生を変えようとしても、違うことをしようとしてもね」と、指導者としては現役時代のプレーのような華やかなイメージを持たないでもらいたいと考えているようだ。 2021.02.03 20:34 Wed

21世紀の出場試合数ランキング発表! 首位は1145試合のC・ロナウド、トップ10に日本人選手がランクイン
