リバプール内定のケイタ、獲得に乗り出していたバイエルンは“1年後の加入”がネックに

ライプツィヒに所属するギニア代表MFナビ・ケイタは、バイエルンに向かう可能性があったようだ。ドイツ誌『キッカー』が報じた。

昨夏にザルツブルクからライプツィヒに渡ったケイタは、ブンデスリーガでの初シーズンではセントラルMFとして8ゴール8アシストを記録。すぐさま新天地の中心選手となり、1シーズンで欧州のビッグクラブが熱視線を送る存在となった。

そして、現在22歳の同選手はリバプールに内定。来シーズンからユルゲン・クロップ監督率いるチームに向かうことで両クラブは今夏に合意に達している。また移籍金は7000万ユーロ(約93億円)とライプツィヒとの契約に盛り込まれている2018年夏から5500万ユーロ(約73億円)で行使可能となる契約解除条項の設定額を大きく上回る格好で取引が成立した。

一方で『キッカー』によると、バイエルンも今夏にはケイタの獲得のためにライプツィヒと「良い話し合い」を進めていたという。だが、バイエルンは1年後の加入に向けて獲得することを断った模様。加入前にケガするリスクが残る選手に対し移籍金及び年俸が合計1億3000万～1億5000万ユーロ(約173億～200億円)に上る規模の取引にコミットすることを受け入れず、さらなる交渉を控える決断を下したと伝えられている。
