ヴィッセル神戸に加入した元ドイツ代表FWルーカス・ポドルスキは、ドイツ『フースバル・ビルト』で自身が担当するコラムにおいてバイエルン・ミュンヘンの状況について言及している。

バイエルンは今夏、大型補強を敢行。DFニクラス・ジューレ、MFセバスティアン・ルディといったドイツ代表選手に加えてMFコランタン・トリッソを史上最高額で獲得し、さらにはレンタルながらレアル・マドリーからハメス・ロドリゲスを獲得した。

ハメス獲得で再び高みへと突き進もうとするバイエルンだが、ポドルスキは疑いの目を持っていることを明かす。

「バイエルンが再びトップになるため、レアルからハメスを連れてきたのは理解できる。でも彼がバイエルンを異なるレベルに進化させるかどうかはわからないね」

また、ハメス加入によって昨シーズンは不調に喘いだクラブのシンボル的存在であるトーマス・ミュラーの立場が脅かされるというメディアの見方にも否定的な様子。かつて代表でともにプレーしたミュラーに関して「とても良くやってきた」と評価し、このように続ける。

「とても高いレベルの話をしているんだ。2018年ワールドカップを前にミュラーの役割がドイツ代表でも変化すると考えるのはナンセンスだよ」

なお、ポドルスキは日本ではすでにテストマッチながら実戦デビューを果たし、初アシストをマークしている。

レヴァンドフスキに幻のバロンドール授与か…主催『フランス・フットボール』が検討との報道

バルセロナのポーランド代表FWロベルト・レヴァンドフスキに幻のバロンドールが授与される可能性が出てきた。 バロンドールは、『フランス・フットボール』が主催するフットボール界最高の栄誉のひとつである個人賞。 フットボール界屈指のストライカーであるレヴァンドフスキは、2019-20シーズンに在籍したバイエルンで47試合55ゴールを記録し、ブンデスリーガ、DFBポカール、チャンピオンズリーグのシーズントレブルに貢献。同シーズンの最有力受賞者候補となっていた。 しかし、2020年は新型コロナウイルスの世界的なパンデミックを受けた影響で、多くのコンペティションが打ち切りや大会縮小などに追い込まれた結果、『フランス・フットボール』は同年のバロンドールの中止を決断。これによりレヴァンドフスキは最大の受賞チャンスを逃した。 さらに、翌2020-21シーズンも40試合48ゴールという数字を残し、ブンデスリーガ、FIFAクラブ・ワールドカップ、UEFAスーパーカップ、DFLスーパーカップの4冠に貢献したポーランド代表FWは、前年の中止という状況も鑑みて受賞が期待されたが、2021年はアルゼンチン代表FWリオネル・メッシが受賞することになった。 この物議を醸す受賞に際してメッシが「去年、パンデミックで中止となったバロンドールはロベルトこそが勝者だった」と素直な思いを語れば、レヴァンドフスキも「どちらかの年は僕の番だったと思っている」、「もし4年後に2020年のバロンドールを受賞することになっても、決して気分を害することはない。それはとても光栄なことで、賞を受け取るだろう」との発言を行っていた。 スペイン『スポルト』によると、以降この一件に音沙汰はなかったが、『フランス・フットボール』はここにきてレヴァンドフスキに2020年のバロンドールを授与することを検討しているという。 現在のところ協議は続いており、結論に達するまでに考慮すべき複数の要素があるというが、前述のレヴァンドフスキのコメント通り、4年後に幻のバロンドールが授与されることになるのか…。 2024.05.15 08:17 Wed

伝説のGKカーンが語る意外な後悔「あそこに移籍すれば良かった」
