アルジェリアのCRベルイーズダッドは11日、アルジェリア代表FWイスラム・スリマニ(36)をフリートランスファーで獲得した。契約期間は2026年6月30日までとなる。
2007年に母国のチェラガでプロデビューを飾ったスリマニは、ベルイーズダッドでのプレーを経て、2013年夏にスポルティングCPに加入。ここで頭角を現し、2016年夏にクラブレコードの3000万ユーロ+ボーナス500万ユーロの総額3500万ユーロ(約41億3000万円)の移籍金でレスター・シティへと完全移籍。
加入初年度こそリーグ戦24試合で7ゴールの数字を残したものの、以降は思うようにプレー機会を得られず、ニューカッスルやフェネルバフチェ、モナコへレンタル移籍を繰り返した。
その後、リヨンや古巣スポルティングCP、スタッド・ブレスト、アンデルレヒト、コチリーバと半年単位でクラブを渡り歩き、直近では今年2月にKVメヘレンに加入。公式戦13試合で3ゴール4アシストを記録したが、シーズン終了後に退団していた。

「TJ、今年で引退します!!」 田中順也が36歳で現役生活に終止符

かつては85億円を設定された元スポルティングの田中順也、ポルトガル移籍が増える現状を語る「何人かの背中を押した」
かつてスポルティング・リスボンでもプレーしたことのあるFC岐阜の元日本代表FW田中順也が、日本人選手のポルトガル移籍が増えていることに言及した。ポルトガル『レコルド』が伝えている。 田中は順天堂大学から2010年2月に柏レイソルへと入団。強烈な左足のキックを武器に活躍。日本代表としても4試合に出場するなど、その実力を示していた。 その田中は2014年7月にスポルティングへと完全移籍。当時ヨーロッパでは全くの無名でもあった田中だが、スポルティングが違約金に6000万ユーロ(約85億円)という破格の金額を設定。このことがヨーロッパでも大きな話題を呼び、「タナカとは何者だ」と話題となった。 田中はスポルティングで公式戦35試合に出場し7ゴール6アシストを記録。加入1年目こそリーグ戦17試合で5ゴール2アシストを記録するも、シーズン終了後に監督が交代。すると構想外となり、2年目は公式戦7試合の出場に終わっていた。 その後は、日本へと復帰。柏の他、ヴィッセル神戸でもプレー。現在は岐阜に所属している。 ポルトガルリーグは日本人選手がほとんどプレーしていなかった中、現在は日本代表MF守田英正やFW田川亨介(共にサンタ・クララ)、MF中島翔哉、GK中村航輔、FW川﨑修平(いずれもポルティモネンセ)、MF藤本寛也(ジル・ヴィセンテ)、FW食野亮太郎(エストリル)、GK小久保玲央ブライアン(ベンフィカ)が所属。新シーズンからはDF小川諒也(ヴィトーリア・ギマランイス)の参戦が決まっている。 守田もスポルティングへのステップアップが確実視されるほか、日本人選手の獲得の噂が他にもあるポルトガル。田中はこの現状についてコメントした。 「ポルトガルにはクオリティの高い日本人選手がたくさんいる。すでにプレーできている選手もいる。他の選手がすぐに向かうことも願っている」 「僕は一部の選手の背中を押したと感じている。ポルトガルでは幸せだったし、それのおかげで他の選手がポルトガルのリーグをポジティブに捉えることができたと思う」 ポルトガルへの道を切り拓いたと言っても良い田中。日本人選手がポルトガルで順応できる理由についても語った。 「ポルトガルはクオリティとスピードでプレーするレベルの高いリーグだ。日本には、そう言った特徴を備え、考えてプレーするのが速い選手がたくさんいる」 「他の日本人選手にもぜひポルトガルに行ってもらい、良さを知ってもらいたい」 日本人選手に向いているリーグだと語る田中。最後には、かつての仲間やファンたちへのメッセージを残した。 「この場を借りて、スポルティングに関わる仲間たちにメッセージを残したいと思う。僕はクラブを永遠に愛している。とても嬉しかったし、ぜひ頑張ってもらいたい。チャンピオンになることを願っている」 日本人選手の多くはドイツやベルギーでプレーしているが、ポルトガルも人数は増えてきている状況。良い結果を残す選手が増えることを望むばかりだ。 2022.06.17 12:55 Fri

前田大然が2試合連発もチームはドルトムントに大敗…守田&チェイス・アンリはドローに貢献【CL日本人選手まとめ】
