今季、20年ぶりにセリエAに昇格したヴェネツィアは33試合を消化した中、5勝7分け21敗の戦績。現在は8連敗中で第32節時点で最下位に転落し、残留圏内の17位カリアリとは6ポイント差となっている。
ザネッティ監督は2020年8月にヴェネツィアの指揮官に就任。昨季はセリエBで5位となり、プレーオフを勝ち上がって昇格を決めていた。
なお、残り5試合の指揮を執る後任にはプリマヴェーラの監督を務めるアンドレア・ソンチン氏(43)が就任することが併せて発表されている。

オシャレユニフォームが話題のヴェネツィア、「シュプリーム」手がけるスタジオ制作のアウェイユニはホームとの対比がテーマで大注目!

インドネシア代表選手がセリエAクラブの主将に就任へ…日本戦で痛恨“空振り”の24歳DFジェイ・イツェス
インドネシア代表DFジェイ・イツェス(24)がセリエA・ヴェネツィアの主将に就任か。インドネシア『deBerita』などが伝える。 例に漏れずインドネシア系オランダ人のインドネシア代表選手という24歳イツェス。 昨年11月の日本代表戦(0●4)で3失点目、守田英正のゴールに直結する“空振り”をした選手…といえば、思い出す方も多いはず。ともあれ、昨春のインドネシア代表デビューから、すでに正式な主将も任されている中心的存在だ。 クラブキャリアでは、23-24シーズンにセリエBのヴェネツィアへ加入後、主軸センターバックとしてセリエA昇格に貢献。迎えた今季もフル出場を続けてきたなか、1日のセリエA第23節・ウディネーゼ戦で初めて腕章を巻いた。 どうやらヴェネツィアは、主将のフィンランド代表FWヨエル・ポヒャンパロ(30)が、セリエB・パレルモへの完全移籍が確実に。同選手は主将兼主砲として今季チーム最多の7得点も、好条件によりセリエB行きを決めたようだ。 これにより、ウディネーゼ戦でメンバー外に。代わってイツェスがゲーム主将を担い、今後はこのインドネシア代表DFが、ヴェネツィアの正キャプテンに任命される運びと考えられる。 なお、イツェスの初主将試合はウディネーゼに2-3と敗戦。ヴェネツィアは依然として、セリエB降格圏の19位に沈んでいる。 2025.02.02 14:48 Sun
