エバートンのブラジル代表FWリシャルリソンがビデオゲーム『FIFA』のジャケットになるのだろうか。1日に行われたプレミアリーグ第35節のチェルシー戦で決勝点を挙げたリシャルリソン。ビッグクラブとの対戦で残留に望みをつなぐ貴重な勝利の立役者となったが、ゴールに興奮しすぎたのか、ピッチに投げ込まれた発煙筒をスタンドに投げ返すという暴挙に出てしまった。
イングランドサッカー協会(FA)が行為を問題視し、警察も介入しての調査となっているようだが、本人はあまり意に介していないのかもしれない。

日本代表とも対戦するブラジル代表FW、韓国でパスポート紛失が発覚…大使館が明かす「パスポートの発行を請求」

エバートンが新スタジアム移転を後ろ倒し、2025-26シーズンから使用…130年使用したスタジアムとの時間は残り1年半

新スタジアム移転のエバートン、グディソン・パークは来季から女子チームの本拠地に
エバートンの男子ファーストチームが長らく本拠地として使用してきたグディソン・パークが、来シーズンからエバートン女子チームの本拠地として使用されることになった。 1892年にイングランドで初のフットボール用スタジアムとして開場されたグディソン・パーク。長らくトフィーズの本拠地として使用されてきたが、クラブは2025-26シーズンよりリバプールの北西部ブラムリー・ムーア・ドックに5万2888人収容の新スタジアム、エバートン・スタジアムに移転する。 これに伴い、グディソン・パークは再開発される計画が一時出ていたが、昨年12月の買収以来、新オーナーの『フリードキン・グループ』によるグディソン・レガシー・プロジェクトの徹底的な見直しが行われ、最終的に女子チームの本拠地として使用されることが決定した。 計画変更の背景にはフットボールをエバートンのコミュニティの中心に据え続ける必要があるという理念と、女子チームの急速な成長により、現在本拠地として使用されるウォルトン・ホール・パークよりも広く、より適切なスタジアムの必要性に対応するものだという。 なお、グディソンへの移転には、時間をかけて改修工事が行われ、シーズン開幕前に適切な施設が整備される予定だ。 一方、ウォルトン・ホール・パークは、引き続き女子フットボールのグラスルーツ活動、地域活動、育成プログラムに貢献する。 2025.05.14 14:50 Wed
