アストン・ビラが、リバプールのイングランド代表DFジョー・ゴメス(24)に興味を持っているようだ。イギリス『フットボール・インサイダー』が伝えている。
今冬の移籍市場での大型補強が目立つアストン・ビラ。バルセロナで戦力外となっていたMFフィリペ・コウチーニョをレンタルで迎え、エバートンで指揮官との衝突で干されていたDFリュカ・ディーニュを完全移籍で獲得した。
コウチーニョが加入の際にスティーブン・ジェラード監督の存在が大きかったと公言するなど、ピッチ外にも影響力を及ぼしている新鋭監督だが、次なる補強候補として、古巣で出場機会に悩む24歳に注目しているようだ。

アストン・ビラがスタジアム改修をスタート、ユーロ2028の会場となり5万人収容に変貌へ
