パリ・サンジェルマン(PSG)相手に大逆転勝利を収めたあと、モナコの元スペイン代表MFセスク・ファブレガスが試合を振り返った。20日に行われたリーグ・アン第11節、モナコは8連勝中のPSGとホームで対戦した。2連勝中のモナコだったが、前半だけでFWキリアン・ムバッペに2点を奪われる苦しい展開に。
しかし、後半からセスクを含めた2枚の交代カードを切ると、52分にFWケビン・フォラントのゴールで1点差に。65分には味方のクロスに飛び込んだセスクのアシストをフォラントが押し込んで同点に追いついた。
そして84分、高い位置でディアロからボールを奪ったフォラントがそのディアロに倒されPKを獲得。これをセスクが決めて、2点差から大逆転勝利を収めた。
その原動力となったセスクは試合後、フランス『Telefoot』の取材で「勝つ方法を知っていた」とコメント。相手の過密日程が逆転の鍵になったと話している。
「そういう試合の進め方を僕は知っている。その経験もあるしクオリティもある。冷静に機会を伺っていたんだ。今日の僕のプレーは(勝利に)不可欠なものだった」

21年ぶりセリエA帰還のコモ、元伊代表2選手獲得に挑戦か…
21年ぶりのセリエA復帰を果たしたコモが、元イタリア代表2選手の獲得を目指しているようだ。 今シーズンのセリエBを自動昇格圏内の2位でフィニッシュし、2002-03シーズン以来のセリエA復帰を果たしたコモ。 アシスタントコーチにはアーセナルやバルセロナ、チェルシーなどでプレーした元スペイン代表MFのセスク・ファブレガス氏がおり、最高経営責任者(CEO)はチェルシーのレジェンドでもある元イングランド代表MFのデニス・ワイズ氏。また、投資家には元フランス代表FWのティエリ・アンリ氏もいるという豪華な顔ぶれだ。 資金力では差があるものの、故シルヴィオ・ベルルスコーニ氏、アドリアーノ・ガッリアーニ氏の元ミランコンビで2021-22シーズンにセリエA初昇格をモンツァにも通じるものがある同クラブには、来季以降のセリエA定着が期待されるところだ。 そのコモは昇格初年度にイタリア代表経験者を積極的に獲得し残留を果たしたモンツァを例に倣ったか、今夏の移籍市場ではFWアンドレア・ベロッティ(30)、MFステファノ・センシ(28)の2選手の獲得へ動きを見せているようだ。 移籍市場に精通するジャーナリストのニコロ・スキラ氏によれば、フィオレンティーナが買い取りオプション行使を見送り、保有元のローマに帰還するベロッティに対してコモは2年契約のオファーを準備しているという。 一方、今シーズン限りでインテルとの契約が満了するセンシに対しては、1年契約のオファーをすでに掲示しているという。 両選手にはいずれもセリエAクラブを中心に複数のオファーが舞い込んでおり、決して簡単なオペレーションとはならないが、仮に両者を獲得できたあかつきにはセリエA残留に向けて非常に大きな戦力となるはずだ。 2024.06.12 15:20 Wed

フランスで若手育成目的とした「ラ・リーグ・エスポワール」創設へ! 16クラブが参加予定
フランス・プロリーグ機構(LFP)とフランスサッカー連盟(FFP)が、若手の育成を目的とした、新しいユースリーグ「ラ・リーグ・エスポワール」を創設する予定だ。フランス『レキップ』が報じている。 フランス国内で若手選手の出場機会減を危惧する両者は、リーグ・アン所属クラブを中心に16クラブが参加する新しいユースリーグを、今年10月に開始する予定だ。 参加予定のクラブはトゥールーズ、モナコ、サンテチェンヌ、ナント、モンペリエ、パリ・サンジェルマン、パリFC、ニース、ストラスブール、ACアジャクシオ、オセール、カーン、ボルドー、スタッド・レンヌ、ル・アーヴル、マルセイユとなる予定だ。 エリートレベルのアカデミーを持つとされるすべてのチームが合計6試合を戦い、準決勝と決勝で大会が終了する。また、同リーグは下部リーグにリザーブチームを保有するクラブの活動を除外するものではなく、あくまで若手選手の育成を補うためのものだという。 2024.07.03 22:13 Wed
