ドイツサッカー連盟(DFB)の会長を務めるベルント・ノイエンドルフ氏が、ドイツ代表を率いるハンジ・フリック監督の続投を発表した。
ドイツ代表は11月20日から開幕したカタールW杯で優勝候補の一角と目されていたが、蓋を開けてみると初戦の日本代表戦でまさかの黒星を喫し、続くスペイン代表戦は1-1のドロー。グループE最終節のコスタリカ代表戦こそ4-2で勝利したものの、3位に終わり2大会連続でW杯グループステージ敗退となった。
フリック監督の去就が注目される中、DFBのノイエンドルフ会長は7日に｢2024年に自国で開催されるユーロはドイツサッカーにとって素晴らしい機会になると確信している。我々の目標はこの大会をスポーツ面の成功させることだ。ハンジ・フリック監督がチームと共に、この挑戦を成し遂げることに全幅の信頼を寄せている｣と、フリック監督への信頼を強調した。

1位に輝いたのは、アストン・ビラでプレーするスイス女子代表のアリーシャ・レーマン。世界一セクシーなアスリートとしても知られ、インスタグラムのフォロワーは1340万人。元プロテニスプレーヤーのロジャー・フェデラーを超え、インスタグラムで最も人気のあるスイス人アスリートとなっている。 アディダスがノイアーの代表100キャップを記念した特別なキーパーグローブ「プレデター」をリリース!ラトビア戦で着用

W杯で日本と対戦するドイツ代表の呼称「ディー・マンシャフト」が廃止に…7月末に結論
カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)では、日本代表とも対戦するドイツ代表だが、その“愛称”について議論がなされている。 2014年のブラジルW杯では優勝を果たしているドイツ代表。チームの愛称として「Die Mannschaft(ディー・マンシャフト)」が採用されている。 これはW杯制覇後の2015年にドイツ代表のマネージャーを務めるオリバー・ビアホフ氏が呼称として導入したもの。意味は「これがチームだ」というものだが、廃止の方向で話が進んでいる。 ドイツサッカー連盟(DFB)のベルント・ノイエンドルフ会長は、この呼称について終わる可能性があることを20日にコメント。7月末に結論を出すという。 「終わりが来る。7月末に責任機関の会合が開かれ、決定が確実に下される。終わりのない話には興味がない」 「今回の定性調査では、我々のイメージを固め、意見をまとめることができるはずだ。ただ、調査に依存することはない」 この言葉の生みの親とも言われるビアホフ氏は「我慢すれば良い」と会長の決定を受け入れることを示唆。日本と対戦するときにはもう使われない愛称となっていそうだ。 2022.06.21 14:30 Tue
