アストン・ビラは4日、元イングランド代表MFアシュリー・ヤング(36)との契約延長を発表した。
契約期間は2023年6月30日までの1年間となる。
ワトフォードでキャリアをスタートさせたヤングは、2007年1月にアストン・ビラへと完全移籍。2011年7月にマンチェスター・ユナイテッドへと完全移籍した。
ユナイテッドではプレミアリーグやFAカップ、ヨーロッパリーグ、EFLカップと多くのタイトルを獲得。公式戦261試合で19ゴール43アシストを記録した。
2020年1月にインテルへと移籍すると、2020-21シーズンはセリエAでスクデットを獲得。2021年7月にアストン・ビラへと戻っていた。
契約期間は2023年6月30日までの1年間となる。

「寄せすぎ」「コピーだ」アストン・ビラの新エンブレムがチェルシーに酷似?実は過去のデザインを踏襲したもの

アストン・ビラがスタジアム改修をスタート、ユーロ2028の会場となり5万人収容に変貌へ
