スパーズ新加入のリシャルリソン、昨季チェルシー戦の行為で出場停止と罰金処分に

トッテナムは4日、ブラジル代表FWリシャルリソンに関する声明を発表した。

今月1日にエバートンから移籍したリシャルリソン。移籍金は5000万ポンド+アドオン1000万ポンドの総額6000万ポンド(約98億2000万円)と報じられ、今夏の移籍市場を代表するビッグディールの一つとなった。

移籍金に見合った活躍に期待したいところだが、元々の素行の危うさが早くも新クラブに迷惑をかけることになったようだ。トッテナムによると、イングランドサッカー協会(FA)の独立規制委員会はリシャルリソンに対し、リーグ戦1試合の出場停止と25000ポンドの罰金を課した。

問題視されたのは5月1日にグディソンパークで行われたチェルシー戦でのある行為。この試合は他でもないリシャルリソンのゴールで勝利し、降格崖っぷちだったチームが上位のチーム相手に残留に望みを繋ぐ金星を挙げたことで注目を浴びた。

サポーターの興奮はもっともだが、リシャルリソンは興奮のあまり、ピッチに投げ込まれた発煙筒をスタンドに投げ返すという暴挙に出てしまった。投げ返した所はファンのいない場所だったようだが、試合後にFAが警察協力のもと調査を開始していた。

そして、この度上述の制裁が科され、トッテナムは「トッテナム・ホットスパーFCのフォワードがエバートンでプレーしていた際、チェルシー戦の46分の行為が不適切だったことを認め、その後のヒアリングで制裁が課されました」と声明を発表するに至った。

なお、トッテナムの来季のプレミアリーグ開幕戦の相手はサウサンプトン。リシャルリソンの出場停止はこの試合が対象となる。
