W杯欠場のエンクンク、代役はフランクフルトの新鋭か? 現在来日中でそのままカタール行きの可能性

カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)に向けたトレーニング中に負傷し、欠場が確定してしまったフランス代表FWクリストファー・エンクンク(RBライプツィヒ)だが、その代役を誰にするかが話題となっている。

フランスサッカー連盟(FFF)は15日のトレーニング中に負傷したことを発表。レントゲンの検査を実施し、捻挫と診断されていた。

今季はブンデスリーガで15試合12ゴール2アシスト、チャンピオンズリーグ(CL)でも6試合で3ゴール1アシストを記録していたエンクンクの離脱はフランスにとっても痛手だが、代役を探さなくてはないけない。

フランス『RMC Sport』によれば、その代役はフランクフルトのFWランダル・コロ・ムアニ(23)が最適であるとした。

コロ・ムアニは、ナントからフランクフルトに今シーズン加入。するとブンデスリーガ14試合で5ゴール10アシスト、CLの6試合で2ゴールと結果を残し、チームを牽引している。

フランス代表歴もあり、今年9月に初招集。まだゴールを決めてはいないが、今シーズンの好調ぶりからも招集に値すると考えられている。

そのコロ・ムアニは、W杯のメンバー入りしていないため、来日中。16日には浦和レッズとのフレンドリーマッチを戦う準備をしている。

国際サッカー連盟(FIFA)に負傷者が認められなければ追加招集は不可能だが、コロ・ムアニは日本からカタールに向かうことになるだろうか。

女子選手の意見を参考に配慮し白パンツを中止、ナイキが女子W杯出場13カ国の新ユニフォームを発表!
